After we ordered (both friend chicken), we had a choice of bread or cornbread (the layer, of course.) With the chicken cane 2 sides. Between us we had green beans, coleslaw, turnip greens (all ok) and beets (they were excellent!)
Service was friendly.”

“Every Tuesday for the last 4 years…:-) Must be good! Actually, it’s like family, and when special friends can make it…. Can’t ask for more. If you’re vegetarian, they have veggie spaghetti and Stromboli, and Gluten Free is on the menu too.”

“We came here out of curiosity, and we were pleasantly surprised! They didn't have buffet, but we didn't plan on one anyway. I LOVED the shrimp fried rice, it was the first I've ever had that was so well-seasoned! The service was friendly, the bathrooms were clean, the food came fast, and best of all, it was inexpensive!”

“We stopped going to mcdonalds locations everywhere due to issues with food quality compared to price ratio. Today 6/22 we had a terribly long day and decided to stop at the McDonald's in Appomattox around 5pm-6pm. The crew that was working today around that time was awesome, super friendly and did their job well. The food was also some of the best McDonald's we have ever had. Specifically our nuggets were perfectly cooked. It was a nice enough experience that I felt it was needed to write a review. Often good work is unrecognized and I wanted to say I appreciate the effort put in at this location.”

“Wendy's has the best tasting fast food mega-chain burgers and this place is pretty good. Friendly people, they get your food out quickly and the place looks well kept. Now, if you want a larger patty and don't like a greasier burger, Burger King's your joint, but of the fast food places, just going on the flavor of the patty alone, Wendy's takes the cake. Personally, I go through moods with a fast food mega-chain burgers and yes you need to specify because Texas Inn is a chain and so is The Golden Skillet in Danville VA, which has a better burger than any of the mega-chains like Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King or Hardee's/Carl's Jr., etc. But of the Mega-chains in terms of flavor, I think the Wendy's burger is the tastiest burger.”
