Even when they're not busy you're gonna have to wait. Kitchen is pretty slow & this is probably why when the do get busy there's such a wildly long wait & a restaurant full of irritated people standing around looking at each other. I waited 10 minutes on a sweet tea & an order of fries once. And if you've seen how many people are actually in that kitchen you'd think it would be the opposite, which tells me that management & training isn't the best. We stopped going to mcdonalds locations everywhere due to issues with food quality compared to price ratio. Today 6/22 we had a terribly long day and decided to stop at the McDonald's in Appomattox around 5pm-6pm. The crew that was working today around that time was awesome, super friendly and did their job well. The food was also some of the best McDonald's we have ever had. Didn't fix my order correctly... the lady at the drive thru was very nice though.
