We go to Wendy's for the chilli. Guess what they didn't have? Very disappointed. Also the person taking the drive thru orders either wasn't listening or has a hearing problem.
One time in the drive through we asked for sweet tea & we were told that they were currently out of tea. So I got a Coke instead. Pulled around & paid then went to the next window to pick up the food only to be told they were out of Coke & they could give me sweet tea instead. The mouth doesn't ever seem to know what the hand is doing at this location.
earlier today, I ordered some food for my children Around 12. The order was wrong and the food wasn’t fresh as I asked it to be, usually I check my bag before I leave, But I was truly in a rush. I was missing half of my order. I went there later on this evening. I’m not quite sure what the manager‘s name is, but she was absolutely amazing.
