We go to Wendy's for the chilli. Guess what they didn't have? Very disappointed. Also the person taking the drive thru orders either wasn't listening or has a hearing problem.

This place is hit or miss. Several times now we show up with a sign saying something is broke (most recently their grill) or an outage with no one there at all. As others have said, go during the day as the late evening crew is slow and tends to mess up more.

If you’re past open hours, but not open yet you should put a sign out. I’m taking an hour past and does still locked out and drive thru closed. They were accepting mobile orders though, but no way to get the food.
