M husband and I were visiting from PA, and we met my sister and nephew here for dinner on Wednesday. The waitress was very nice and brought us our drinks quickly, but we did not receive our food for almost an hour and a half. I actually never received my food and the only thing I ordered was loaded mashed potatoes. We were never offered any discount which is normally what restaurants do for service such as this. I brought this to the managers attention and demanded they comp the food item that my husband received. The manager was very rude and automatically assumed that I received my food, and just wanted my money back. After explaining the situation 2-3 times, she finally apologized…. She said that my husbands meal would be comped and the money would be refunded to his card, but we still haven’t received the funds. My husband is nice and will just pay a bill without saying anything, but I wasn’t going to allow this to slide.

One and done! Went once lastnight never going back again!!!! Horrible! And the place was real dirty! We got horrible drinks! The guy at the bar couldn't have been a bartender! I dont believe it unless I see certification saying otherwise, penny pinching on the drinks, my drink was sour, there was def no liquor in my cup no way! And when I asked could I swap the drink out for something else he said no he can't do that, so that equals bad customer service whem a customer isnt happy for something so small you should rectify that right away I didnt get anything else after that no way! My sister ordered wings they never came and she went in the kitchen and they were sitting on the counter cold as hell and the girl wouldnt even put the order in without the money and she never came back with our change EVER! AND WE HAD TO HUNT HER DOWN WHEN THEY CLOSED TO GET OUR MONEY!! THATS CRAZY, YOULL TAKE PEOPLES MONEY BUT WONT BRING CHANGE BACK RIGHT AWAY! This was a horrible experience all across the board. It the floor was so dirty the bottom of my shoes are black! Ill post a picture attached! This was not a good time, it was a hood party, the music being played was wack I liked maybe 2 or 3 songs all night. It was a place to go, but I regret going BIG TIME.The people who run it should be ashamed of themselves they can do better, near the bathroom it smelled like something was dead!!!! Or it smelled like rotten food! Bad service, horrible food, dirty atmosphere and terrible drinks, it was a night full of give me your money but we dont care what type of service you recieve at all, an oh well moment once you spend 15.00 to get in and all that money on those terrible drinks. Good luck, if you experience this place.

Over the past couple of weeks there has been more staff added and the stage and sound system has undergone a MAJOR upgrade. Love the place, love the food, love the atmosphere.

Everything was top notch except the bill. They evidently have a policy where if serving 6 or more there is an automatic 20 % gratuity added. I was taking out my son , fiancé and two girls 6 and 2. When I go out I always tip 20 % as long as the service is good. But not knowing i added more because I didn't know there was already 20 % added. This should be the first thing you are informed of when you sit down especially when 2 of the 6 are children. Everything else was great and will be back but may sit 3 and 3 and see what happens. Had to come back to update my review being couldn't find the way to make a new one. Took family back for lunch on Sunday. This time fully aware of the gratuity policy. Once everyone was there we told the server a slender young man who seemed miffed to be working we need a minute. He got our drinks and came back in a timely matter. I had ordered 2 appetizers when first arrived he brought them out and took our order. When food was ready they came out spaced with the shrimp fettuccine my wife ordered last . If it hadn't been for the bartender we may never have gotten refills. Once again the young man definitely gave the impression that we were a burden. The food definitely not as good overall as the first time. I got chicken wings plain and they were good. Got a make your own baked potato that was on the edge of done. I had asked for bacon bits ,cheese,extra butter and sour cream. Got cheese bacon bits and butter. Son got Philly cheese steak which evidently is one of their better items. My daughter in law got steak mashed potatoes with gravy. Eatable but not worth the money. Wife's shrimp fettuccine was awful. Cold in the middle.very bland and shrimp were tough so have to believe a microwave involved. So to sum up was below expectation from last time, service was awful and food was 50 50 but would suggest kitchen staff which could be heard horse playing and laughing in the back, perhaps should concentrate more on fixing the food. Server did make sure to remind me of gratuity and even told me no need to add to it. With the service I would have been embarrassed to take it. For 4 adults a 6 year old girl and 2 year old girl it came to the price of 270.00. Make your own decision. Great place to shoot pool if need one

It takes forever to get food here. The food is “good” but it takes FOREVER to get your food. The few times I have eaten there I have seen multiple people walk out as the time takes so long. My father and I were the only to people in the restaurant and it took almost 40 minutes to get two burgers with fries. They either need more cooks or a larger kitchen. Otherwise everything else is good.

Wife & I Stopped in for early Lunch - it was great. Service was very good, food came fast, fries excellent, had the philly cheese steak - bread was fresh, meat good, very nice sandwich, unsweet ice tea was the best i’ve had out. Going to try dinner next. Pleasantly surprised!!
Food was good quality and enjoyable to eat. Everything was a bit pricey and you need to be aware of minimum 20% tip for parties above 6 people if I recall correctly for the party size. Probably don't go for lunch because everyone is warming up and are a little slow. All in all, good to eat.

We just sat at the table for 20 minutes and not one person came to our table to serve us. It was literally 3 people in the place. They were not busy. The waitress kept walking by & never acknowledged us. The bartender sat behind the counter ignoring us. We finally left. And they watched us walk out. I was very disappointed. Don't waste your time going there.

Has potential to be a great place however the food took forever and when it came the potatoes were ice cold, steak was cold and I sent it all back. My daughter ordered the Philly steak and that was very yummy. I feel maybe the cook should time the food prep a little better so all the food comes out hot! The waitress was very apologetic however still charged me for the side salad that came with the meal I ordered and sent back due to it being basically out of the fridge cold.
