Waited over 20 minutes for our order. All we had was 3 large fries. They were ignoring everyone who was dining in and only worrying about the drive thru orders. The manager who was working was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even acknowledge anybody in the dining area who was trying to get help.

Waynesboro va McDonald's is the best ever. I go every morning for my coffee. The morning crew is amazing, all of them so polite and happy!! They absolutely start my day off wonderful, the coffee helps too 😊

I decided to dine in tonight, although I usually just go through the drive-thru. The experience was AWFUL! There was a table of obnoxiously loud guests seated two tables behind me (the table between us was empty). The whole time we were there, they were playing music or videos on their phones and cursing throughout their conversations. The manager walked over to them, but instead of asking them to quiet down, he simply greeted them like old friends on his way out the door for a smoke break. I had planned to order ice cream before we left, but instead, I just got out of there asap. I'm undecided whether I'll ever go there again.

I went to this location Sunday and Monday I used my McDonalds app code and order the $6 10 pc combo meal and I added 1 small fries and paid 10.64 Sunday for the same order than Monday I paid 9.15 than today they charged me 10.64 again I only received 9 nuggets out of a ten piece today everything tasted old and customer service sucked they were rushing me off instead of letting me check my food to make sure everything was right I would not recommend this location! They gave me a up charge without my knowledge and the food was disgusting and made me sick
I ordered 3 breakfasts to go - 3 hashbrowns, 2 egg McMuffins with Canadian bacon, and 1 egg McMuffin w/ regular bacon. The server politely greeted me and brought the order to my car. . Everything was perfect!!

Come to this location most days and am disappointed most days. Stale bagels, iced coffee is inconsistent. One day it’s good, next day not drinkable. Have ordered a coffee via app and have them plenty of time and still waited 20 minutes. Today was my last visit.
