Papa Johns Pizza

Worked there quit due to customers not getting what they pay for. They do not give extra cheese that is paid for. That's brette the manager orders to there employees. Well to my fellow citizens in Appomattox va due to me telling you all this the owner billy told me yesterday that I can't come back so,just to let you all know. They also have rat traps and roach traps and raid spray as well, just saying. No lie or bs. I won't eat there.

This papa johns taste different than any other Papa Johns I’ve ever tried . Nothing about our pizzas was the normal papa johns , I don’t know what happened . Wil not be going back to this location

Manager is off his rocker. He will find your personal information and make efforts to contact you from his personal number. Didn’t receive everything I ordered, and my food was cold when it arrived. When I went to complain he reached out to me through phone and email to argue with me about his poor service. I feel terrible for anyone who works under their management.

Only ordered here once, but the pizza looked like one of the other pictures with a lot of dough/crust on the edges.

The pizza looked and tasted off brand. Almost like the ingredients and dough were straight from Walmart.

The wings were good.

We ordered online and didn't really interact with anyone except briefly with the guy in the store who was nice enough.

I was nice but Idk who the guy was that rudely hung up on me when I was calling to ask what a realistic time to do my pickup was since it was being prepared for 30 min and not even cooking yet. (I hope you get cardboard cuts in between each finger).However someone there needs to teach him to be careful with that attitude as he don’t know what tree he’s barking up.They have terrible customer service but that should be expected coming from Appomattox . They also clearly can not understand what well done pizza is supposed to look like. Better off getting dominos or pinos

Ordered 30 chipotle honey boneless wings. Look awesome on website…we got what looks like store bought chicken processed tenders with sauce lightly drizzled over them

Order a pepperoni pizza Thursday 10/17/24 i had put extra pepperoni 🍕 also on the pizza so my pizza said it would be ready by 7:17 I went inside at 7:20 my pizza still wasn’t ready grant you I had points from previous orders so my total was $1.76 I still tipped them and asked if my pizza could be kept in the oven to be well done because I wasn’t sure if I added that to my online order he said sure of course that was another 15 minutes so once it was done the lady kept peeping at me behind the wall where they cut the pizza at but she never cut the pizza all the way through half the pizza was sticking to the bottom of the pizza box let alone the guy that was making the pizza nails were very dirty no gloves he put a lot of sauce on my pizza when I didn’t add extra sauce I added extra pepperonis which they looked old and molded pizza was extremely hot and not made correctly they didn’t care they still served it I’m leaving this review because they pick in choose which orders to make properly get offended if you ask and long wait times and pizza still won’t made right I’m very disappointed and not satisfied hopefully they will do better job accommodating customers orders we paying our hard earned money to get a decent bite to eat!

Placed an on line order at 4:13PM for pick up at 5:15PM. Got there at 5:10PM and was told it would be ready soon. Waited another 25 minutes before the order was ready without even so much as an apology for the wait.

Not very friendly people working here. Obviously they don’t care about making a good pizza. I paid 30bucks for a pizza and some bread sticks and get home to find a half done soggy bottom pizza loaded with pizza sauce. More pizza sauce than toppings smh. I will never go back to this place. I’d rather spend my money with dominos before I order anything else from here. I’m sure this place will be ran out of business soon with by all the other 57 pizza places in Appomattox.
