Usually don’t have a problem with this store go there a lot but tonight was the worse food experience I have had. My fiancée went and place a mobile order hers was made right but mine was completely wrong asked for light everything but it seemed like they dumped a pound of salt and pepper and sauce (but didn’t figure all this out til I got home) and then to order some cookies and the women behind the counter seemed like she had an attitude problem and the cookies where burnt and hard. Starting to lose hope in this place

Worst experience I have ever had with a food service. The past couple of times, my order has been wrong and the staff was extremely rude and slow. I gave it another shot today and that was the last straw. Ordered 3 subs, all were made incorrectly and very sloppy. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant to get the order corrected but I was given a rude attitude and had to wait another 20 minutes for one sub to be remade. The staff are constantly on their phone or have their friends there, goofing off. It was 30 minutes before closing and they locked me in. Said they were closing the doors or they would never get out of there on time. (It was only me in there?) The place was disgusting. I love subway but me and my family will never eat at this one again. Total waste of money and time.

Not a good experience at all I was only the second person in line and it took the girl over 30 minutes to wait on the one person in front of me. She took her time! When I asked her for a really nice bun The Bun she gave me was not quite done enough. The work area was a bit dirtier than I would have liked it to have been. No one was in the store the store looked clean. The service was definitely most definitely not good

I frequently order curbside pick up because I have 3 kids and hate holding up the line ordering 4-5 subs at a time. So this past Monday night I ordered curbside, 4 subs, 6 cookies, and 4 drinks. Order is always placed in the app and allows you to take off what you don't want or add what you do want. This order I had 2 of the exact same subs, and then 2 others that were different. I pickup the order and get it home about 15 mins later only to realize that ALL 4 SUBS WERE MADE WRONG. I had a chicken bacon ranch with just chicken and bacon. No cheese, no ranch, but had onion. I had a turkey and cheese that was only supposed to be just turkey and cheese but instead it had green peppers, ranch, onion, and the wrong cheese. My last two subs that were supposed to be identical chicken bacon ranch had no lettuce, no ranch, no cheese, no pepper. The only thing on these 2 subs were chicken, bacon, and onion. I decided I'd call Subway to ask if they'd remake the subs and I'd bring the wrong ones back just so they could see they were all made incorrectly. I called 8 times, literally 8 times over the course of 25 mins and never got an answer. Obviously frustrated, we decided to drive out there because we needed our money back. At this point, I decided I wasn't going to allow them to remake the subs and ordered elsewhere. We pull into Subway, 1 car in the parking lot, 2 people in line, yet no employees seen anywhere. There were no employees behind the counter, literally nowhere in sight. My husband took our food in and a couple mins later 2 employees come out from the back. He tells the female our problem and she says " I made those subs exactly right". He said "I wouldn't be here if these subs were right". After some back and forth between them, the male employee calls the owner because the 3 employees there (including one that called himself the manager) didn't know how to do a refund. The "manager" then made this comment "is this going to come out of our paychecks" while my husband was waiting for the refund to be processed. Completely unnecessary. The female employee made all 4 of our subs wrong and the "manager" is blaming us for asking for a refund. Don't forget they wouldn't even pick up the phone. Fast forward 30 mins later, we are finally leaving with a voided ticket. Pretty pathetic, isn't it? Bottom line.. Subway needs to hire better employees. My toddler could follow directions better than the female who made our subs. "Managers" should be able to do everything in the store with their eyes closed. Employees should pick up the phone when it rings and be waiting behind the counter to fix a sub when people walk in. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here anytime soon. If/when I do again, I won't do curbside pickup and hopefully, all new employees will be working!

Just love..And it can be budget freindly...best kept secret. I'm not sure about the other sandwich meat, but I know that with the tuna you can buy a 6 inch or 12 inch helping of tuna. They put it in a container ( once again --of just the tuna ) to take home and make your own sandwich. I believe the 6 inch potion was like $1.50 and the 12 inch portion was $3.50 might of been less
