This is the first time i been there and the counters was clean and neat. Sandwich maker Eddie was super nice and very clean made both sandwiches to perfection. Mangerment Amanda was super nice and friendly... Very proud 👏 of this change 👏 🙌 ❤️

I will have to say that this subway is horrible.i went this evening go get a protein bowl which is basically a sub with no bread in a bowl They informed me that they could not longer chop it up like a salad and then I asked for a knife so I could cut it up...with no plastic knives???? WTH

Never again. I have given this subway so many chances but I will never go back after today. The girl Sarah grabbed the gloves to make my sandwich and proceeded to pick her nails and did until I seen a nail fall then she put her gloves on. She started making my sandwich and I realized she was high as a kite she could barely hold her eyes open. She was knocking stuff over while TYRING to make my sandwich. The cookies stay in the case for days… but today was it. I’ll have subway when I go out of town and it’s sad because subway is my go to.

Haven't eaten at this subway in 4 years because the last time we went, the workers were standing outside smoking and 2 of the workers had their hands down their pants. Saw the sign saying under new management so we thought we'd give it a try. Take a bite out of my soggy sub and there's hair in it. Workers look unhygienic, no hair nets, nothing. I will never go back to this location, ever.

Mobile ordered dinner this evening. WORST decision I’ve ever made. The subs were cut incorrectly and slapped with toppings. None of my subs were wrapped correctly and they all were DRENCHED in an ungodly amount of mayonnaise and oil. When I called the employee states your subs were made a bit ago the longer they sit the more they deteriorate. Mind you I got there 7 mins after I was alerted they were ready. Spoke with manager who states she’s not allowed to authorize “remake”. She said to keep the sandwich overnight and bring back in the morning and the “actual” manager can help assist. Will NOT be back. Nasty attitudes and how brilliant do you have to be to make a sandwich correctly?! I really wish this place would go out of business entirely… they’res always issues with this location especially with the evening/night shift crew.

Awful. Most of the day shift employees are rude and have their own kids running around inside the lobby and behind the counter. Absolute safety hazard! And a disgusting way to contaminate food. If I were the manager, I wouldn’t allow this. It’s inappropriate and a disturbance. Can cause accidents and health and safety concerns for the public. Wouldn’t be surprised though if the manager was also bringing their kids. Unsanitary and inappropriate! “New management” sign is an absolute joke.

Slow, incompetent, all around terrible experiences. It takes a lot for me to write a review. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You can get something faster, cheaper, and higher quality by going to a sit down restaurant. Never get takeout from here, DoorDash or the subway app. They’ll mess it up regardless. Scheduled to pick up at 735pm, didn’t get my food until 815.
