I'm a little disappointed with the service on my recent visits. I was there on both September 1st and September 7th, and the soda machine was still out of order. It's unfortunate because it seems like a simple fix that could improve the experience. Furthermore, it appeared that only one cook was working during my visit, which could potentially lead to longer wait times. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed soon.

Worst fast food place in appomattox they never get ur order right they screw up taking the order and screw up making it as well hard to understand how they screw up constantly when the place is barely busy its pure laziness at its finest. would not recommend

Walked in the door flies are swarming everywhere even in the bathroom drive-through window is open even when no customers are coming through I wonder why they didn’t have a customer inside who wants to eat and I’ll fly infested place walked out the door

Got the order right. Eventually. Slow to acknowledge. Long silences at the drive through for no discernible reason. Multiple requests to identify the order. Spent 15 minutes in line with one car ahead of me. I cannot imagine ever going there again.

I ordered a Big Bacon Classic with mayonnaise and lettuce. I got a single with everything. What is the matter with you people?

Only got chicken nuggets. I was told they were good. Had to wait a while for them to cook more nuggets for us. Fresh is better though.

The workers were friendly, but unfortunately our burger and chicken sandwich were old. So old that they were completely dry and hard to chew. Paid $45 for 80% of it to be crap, really disappointing.
I ordered the new fish combo and was very disappointed. The fish was overcooked and dry. The fries were eh. I won't try it again

Back to the same issue. Advertising chocolate and vanilla frosty. But no chocolate only vanilla and chocolate mint. I spoke to the manager to advise that the filthy bathroom and smell needed to be addressed. Hope they have taken the time and fortitude to cleanse throughly. Bathroom break and chocolate frosty get a 0 REVIEW.
