Walked in the door flies are swarming everywhere even in the bathroom drive-through window is open even when no customers are coming through I wonder why they didn’t have a customer inside who wants to eat and I’ll fly infested place walked out the door

Got the order right. Eventually. Slow to acknowledge. Long silences at the drive through for no discernible reason. Multiple requests to identify the order. Spent 15 minutes in line with one car ahead of me. I cannot imagine ever going there again.

I ordered a Big Bacon Classic with mayonnaise and lettuce. I got a single with everything. What is the matter with you people?

Only got chicken nuggets. I was told they were good. Had to wait a while for them to cook more nuggets for us. Fresh is better though.

The workers were friendly, but unfortunately our burger and chicken sandwich were old. So old that they were completely dry and hard to chew. Paid $45 for 80% of it to be crap, really disappointing.

I ordered the new fish combo and was very disappointed. The fish was overcooked and dry. The fries were eh. I won't try it again

Back to the same issue. Advertising chocolate and vanilla frosty. But no chocolate only vanilla and chocolate mint. I spoke to the manager to advise that the filthy bathroom and smell needed to be addressed. Hope they have taken the time and fortitude to cleanse throughly. Bathroom break and chocolate frosty get a 0 REVIEW.

Meat on hamburger was terribly underdone... nearly raw... strike 2 and 3 for this place

Dine in floor was dirty. Waited over 15 minutes to place order. Then another 15 minutes to receive order. Drink machine put of everything but diet coke. Son of a baconator, spicy chicken nuggets combos with fries. Burger was smothered in ketchup and mayonnaise food was cold fries were disgusting. Could not get iced mocha cold brew. Bathroom was nasty, it stunk, trash over flowing toilet tissue all over floor, water standing around toilet in handicap stall with wet toilet tissue all over stall floor, feminine product container was full. I had to pick toilet paper off of my shoe before I left the bathroom. I will never stop at this Wendy's again. I will stop at Hardee's instead.

We have stopped at this Wendy's for years on the way home from a family trip. We were so disappointed. To place order and receive food took 30 minutes. Food was not hot. Only diet drinks. They were also out of other things on the menue Bathroom was dirty with flies. Looking for a new place to stop next time

This is by far the wost Wendy's I've ever been to. They constantly run out of food and drinks. The quality of the food is terrible. Burgers are like cardboard the buns are dried out, the lemonade is either not made or mixed inconsistently,always out of soda,the Cinnabon rolls are stale and hard as a rock. You constantly have to wait extremely long times to get your food and then many times it's the wrong order or missing food. I could understand if it was just once in a while. But this happens most of the time we go there.This place is a joke. Please fix the problem!!!!!
