The food is delicious, a bit on the expensive side but the ease makes it worth it after a long day exploring the area. We ate here a couple times during out week stay and while the food was great, the service was lacking.

Food is nice, prompt and excellent service. Aster was fantastic, with great customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the wings as well!

This is a mixed bag. Mostly had breakfast there which I thought was considerably overpriced. The buffet was well thought out but had nothing that I don't see in hotels around the world at almost double the price. Within the last year I've had breakfast in Berlin, Athens, and Rome and the most I paid was 16 Euro. Sat at the bar area two evenings and both times it took me multiple requests for a drink from the same server. The food I ate was good, at temperature and delivered by the kitchen staff rather than the server. By the end of the week we were doing breakfast and dinner in local establishments.

Typical hotel restaurant with standard fare. Nothing really stands out. The food was just okay and a little overpriced for the quality served. Service is also slow. The staff are nice enough but not really attentive on two occasions.

Burger was okay. Fries were pretty darn good. Would return.

Absolutely do not waste your time or money on the breakfast buffet. I’ve had better complimentary breakfasts at hotels 1/3 the price. Disgusting. Lovely staff. Gross food.

Food is bland and pre cooked. Order a chicken sandwich with fries and it came out in three minutes. They were just stacked up back there. The bun was stale. The chicken was chewy and tasteless. It’s poor bar food quality at fine dining prices.

This is the worst, greedy, non-caring staff and restaurant that I have ever been to and I've had some horrible experiences.

My wife was ignored 3 different times and didn't get seated (while they seated others showing up after her) until she literally called out and asked to be seated.

Then she was seated with another group of people, obviously meant to make them (and my wife) feel uncomfortable so that she could flip tables.

It wasn't until I showed up and asked why she wasn't given her own table that they suddenly realized they had multiple seating areas and could sit her elsewhere.

Then when asking about something for my child, I was told no food can be modified and that there is no simple food options for a child to eat.

I asked for chicken tenders specifically as I saw boneless buffalo chicken, but I was told it only comes as buffalo and there is no way to get it without spicy sauce.

What current restaurant doesn't have at least something to offer a family with a child?

We were mistreated, there were limited food options, and it wasn't until we made a statement that we needed to order elsewhere that they finally started going to our table asking us what we wanted 50,000 times... Again, clearly trying to make my wife uncomfortable to get her out of the restaurant in order to flip tables (I assume).

I even had a table next to me pull a chair up for one of their party and their waiter said it would cost $10 to add someone to the table.

This is nothing but a bunch of money-grabbing, poorly trained staff with a terrible menu and severely lacking proper management.

I recommend walking to ANYWHERE else for food. The walk is not anywhere near as bad as the service at this location.

Terrible staff.
Terrible management.
Terrible food options.

I just love the small size and personalized attention. Not to mention the food. Excellent food, the fried potatoes seemed a bit past to be called fresh but everything else was superb.
Great staff and the atmosphere was very elegant to say the least.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Awful experience and so expensive. We stayed at the hotel this is in and had an event to be at so it was convenient. $30 a person for a breakfast buffet that was unimpressive and ice cold. We got there when they opened and apparently they had not turned on the warmers with sufficient time prior to opening so cold home fries, scrambled eggs, biscuits. The waitress never returned for refills on coffee or creamer. $150 for breakfast and no-one ate. I wrote a note on our check and no one seemed to care. We did complain on check out but we told they have no control over restaurant charges. The acoustics are not designed for noise suppression so it is very loud in there and you can hear the restaurant on floors above it. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

The prices are high even for hotel food. If you want a side of fruit, it's $10!Overall they have good options, but the menu has two of the same options, "good start breakfast" and "good start buffet" with the only difference being bread. I think they ran out of ideas when making the menu ?‍♂️The server was nice and there were plenty of places to grab a spot to eat.

My preference it to get away to a restaurant vs sticking around, otherwise I’d rate these guys higher. The food is good but also very expensive.

The rigatoni is overly salty. The burger was delicious but felt like it needed a sauce. The fries were delicious! They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The servers delivered the food and that's all. They didn't refill our water.

Our visit to 15th & Eads was nothing short of delightful, and a significant part of that credit goes to Aster. Aster’s impeccable service, genuine recommendations, and a friendly demeanor made the evening truly special. Keep up the good work Aster, Chrystabell and team!
