I had my 30th birthday party at this fantastic venue on October 5, and it was an amazing experience. I hope they keep the management from that night, as they made me feel very welcome. The DJ played great music, and the food was delicious. My entire party loved the specialty pasta and the wings, the Brussels sprouts and the drinks were also enjoyable. The vibe of the place was incredible, and it's truly a beautiful location. I hope the owner sees this message and considers keeping that management team in place.

I’ve been reading the reviews about this restaurant, and of course they are really bad and true, because to start the don’t have a head chef to check quality of the food and cooks because they only hired cooks to make them work for one or two nights , after that the owner tell them, she is gonna be calling when to came back and she never does and she DO NOt PAY those day

Went to 2910 kitchen and bar with unsure of expectations after reading previous bad reviews. I attended brunch on yesterday with a part of 7. Seating was perfect, food was great! Service was good, very attentive. I will definitely go again.

Staff was extremely slow. The waitress forgot about my friend's food order and it came out cold. Would not go here. They would not validate my parking!

Beautiful layout. Horrible service and barely anything available from the menu. Do not recommend large parties because you won’t get served!

This place had potential for those not wanting to go in DC for a cute lounge vibe. However, it tanked. I went for a private birthday, and their was 1 waitress (very sweet girl) and 1 bartender for roughly 75+ people. The manager kept turning the music down, and people had to go outside to other restaurants to get food. For those trying to eat and get drinks, it took roughly an hour and a half to get anything, and then they werw out of food as well. We ended up leaving and going to the bar next door (awesome service there). They immediately accommodated the large group (I'll do a review for Cornerstone on their page). I would NOT recommend 2910 unless there are some significant changes.

This place was an absolute nightmare. Drinks took over 50 mins to be served after ordering, the only food they had was chicken wings, fries and calamari available. Our entire party left and went next door and had an amazing time.

My friend had an event here and they didn’t have enough servers nor food. They have a whole menu, but only had wings and calamari available for an event that was planned weeks in advance. Also, they only had one bartender for about 60 people and she was moving in slow motion so you couldn’t get a drink. We ended up going to the place next-door Corner Stone which was phenomenal. Would not recommend for an event. It’s my first and last time here.

I gave this place a 0 stars because I had a reservation, they ended up having an emergency, and no one called me to say anything. So my guest and I pulled up to a closed restaurant. When I asked for the manager I was told it was an answering service. This was not professional at all! My guest and I should be compensated for driving there and searching for park. I really hope a manager reaches out to me soon.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!
Wish I could give the place 0 stars. Service is absolutely terrible. The hosts at the front are disrespectful and have a nasty attitude. My friend reserved a section for her birthday and we were not able to eat. The line for the buffet was over an hour long wait…. The owners were not willing to provide a refund until we had to speak up and stand our ground. Had we not, they would have taken our money and not provided any service! Would not recommend this place AT ALL!

I’ll start with the pros: beautiful space, aesthetically pleasing. That’s it.
Went for brunch event on a Sunday to see a live band and stood in line for over 2 hours for food. After getting to the food station, everything was cold, 3/6 brunch items were unavailable. The waffle maker was down, it was absolutely hectic.
Management was extremely disrespectful and literally got a little too close for comfort when attempting to sort out refund specifics.
They were not adequately prepared for a large crowd and it shows. From the line at the door to the line for brunch.. I arrived at 1:15, did not get to the front of the food line until after 3p.
Pictured is cold shrimp and grits, overcooked chicken, mushy salmon croquettes and wet bread with Nutella drizzle that was supposed to be French toast.
The omelette was made to order and was the only hot and edible item.
2hr wait for cold, unappetizing food is never okay. Unaccommodating management is never okay! I will not be returning nor recommending this place.
0/0 zero stars would not recommend.

I don't know if there's enough characters to capture our experience, but here goes nothing. We visited today for Sunday brunch to celebrate my friend's 33rd birthday. First off, there's security at the door, but they weren't checking for weapons, so their purpose was unclear. It would have made more sense for security to be outside, informing people of the entry fee, so guests could pay and enter after confirming payment and a security check.
The interior is aesthetically pleasing, but the service, processes, food and menu all need work. There seemed to be only two waitresses for the entire establishment. There's a bar both upstairs and downstairs, but only one food station, which was downstairs. Our party of nine (originally ten, but one guest left after waiting in that long food line) was seated upstairs. After going downstairs, we waited in line for about 45-50 minutes. The food was disappointing to say the very least. No one touched the French toast, which looked like sliced loaves of bread with caramel and fruit drizzled over it. The salmon croquettes were terrible, and the waffles tasted like cardboard. The sweet ladies making omelets did their best, but even those lacked salt and pepper. The fruit was floating in a large bowl of liquid—I didn’t even bother trying it. There weren’t any buffet attendants outside of the two woman making waffles, pancakes, and omelets, so after a while, all the dishes looked picked over and not very appetizing. Additionally, the tables provided did not comfortably seat ten people. Despite the padded seats along the wall, not everyone could reach the table, and some had to eat with plates in their laps. We even had to take an extra table to make it work.
I suggest the owners hold off on brunch until they can visit other establishments like 1799 for inspiration. Carving stations should be separate from the omelet and pancake stations, and the buffet should stand alone. It's a beautifully designed space, but their brunch experience was not well thought out. Our party left for a 4pm reservation at Caspi’s across the street.
I honestly want my $59 refunded.

My first time and I loved it! My gurl D handled me and my friends with care. The Chicken Flatbread and wings were sooo good. Drinks did what they needed to do! Will definitely be back soon.
