I have recently found that a few 7-Eleven’s in Arlington are charging more than what is displayed on the shelf for a certain item, but I have to say this 7-Eleven actually has the item and the price displayed is the price paid. Thank heaven for this 7-Eleven.

They tried to charge me significantly more than the advertised price for my purchase and when I pointed this out they refused to correct my purchase price, nor the advertised price. I asked to speak with a manager, the woman (who refused to give her name) said she was the owner. I asked for a corporate phone number and she refused this as well. I am disgusted by this lack of customer service and needless to say will not be returning, as I discourage any others from doing so as well. Unless you enjoy being overcharged for terrible service and a bad attitude.

Be very careful when shopping at this 7eleven... check the prices on the shelf and the prices being rung up.. after I questioned the employee why she is overcharging me, she told me if I didn't like it to shop elsewhere.. #Iwontbeback
