This Admirals club by C24 is small and ill equipped. Too few seats and even fewer tables.
Not the experience we pay for

Extremely convenient on top of the C gates.
The lounge is a little dated but has a number of seating options and plenty of outlets. Also a small desk area.
Found the crew staffing the lounge always friendly and helpful.
Food is the usual you'll find at all the lounges.
I would be a great improvement of feel if the silverware and cups were not plastic and cardboard.

An absolute refuge at DCA. I really appreciate this amenity. My only requests would be to expand the draft beer selection, and add telephone call pods (enclosed workstations) to direct the rare patrons that want to engage in loud phone calls.

Much improved lunch menu. Breakfast menu not so good unless you like smoked salmon or avacado on toast. Don't miss the snacks at Bar that include popcorn an chocolate covered dates stuffed with peanut butter. YUM!!

Please be aware this admirals club will turn away military not in uniform. Most of us do not travel in uniform. Disappointed to learn as many other lounges accept military.

I love my membership at the Admiral’s Club. I use it all the time when I fly. One of the best investments when you fly as much as I do.

The AA lounge in DCA is really nice. Staff was very attentive. Made a long layover a lot more tolerable

The absolute worst air line on the planet. If worked for them I would find a new job. They have no loyalty from anyone.

Unlike other AA Clubs, the service I experienced in this particular one was not great. The bartender was far more busy standing at the end of the bar talking with other staff than she was providing any service. I waited several minutes at the opposite end of the bar for a drink before the person she was talking to pointed out I was even there. As for the food, as usual, the AA Clubs continue to disappoint. Same low quality fare served over and over. They have sadly really dropped in quality since COVID. I guess they have realized they could get away with it, and people will keep paying for it.

A little cramped but always a place to sit. Staff is the high point - always helpful with flight information and options. Bar and wait/bussing staff is terrific and keep things clean.
