They reheat old lahmacun from previous day and serve you. And when you complain about it, ‘ This is how we do it. I am not going to ask you ‘ is their response to the customer!! I thought serving fresh food in a restaurant is the primary goal but hey, what do I know

I don't know why they're so upset. I ordered a chicken wrap, and they put a piece of chicken in it. My bread was from the refrigerator and didn't warm it up. I asked for it to be warmed up when I was eating a cold meal. I paid $19 for ayran and döner kebab. This is ridiculous, and my stomach still hurts.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Don’t come here if you’re looking for hot fresh food or a welcoming atmosphere. The person was so rude and had a nasty attitude. I got a refund for my chicken wrap, and he acted like it was my fault that I didn’t like it. He gave my refund to me in cash rather than back to my card. The wrap itself was cold. The two other bowls had no flavor in the beef and lamb. When asking questions, he acted as if we were stupid. We would’ve at least enjoyed it if they were nice about it. NEVER come here at all. Go to Moby Dick or somewhere else, DON’T waste your money here. It’s overpriced for flavorless food that’s served by hatred. I should’ve gotten a refund for my entire meal if my parents weren’t so nice and forced themselves to eat their food.
Love the Adana here; the falafel is great too. Good spot.
