If you’re around DC craving for authentic Bangladeshi food, just pay a visit to this restaurant. Their roast-polao, halim, moghlai parata and tea are so good. The owner is super friendly and we had a great experience overall.

We had dinner here last night and it was amazing! We had goat biriyani, beef teheri, lamb rogan josh and mango lassi. Each dish had its own sauce, and spices, which are different from others, unlike some other restaurants which made some dishes taste the same. It was during Ramadan, so the restaurant was packed after sundown. The prices were reasonable. The owner was friendly. Would return to try out other dishes!

They have the best Bangladeshi restaurants. Amazing Hilsa Fish curry - a must try. Briyanis are also good.

Best Bangladeshi restaurant in the DMV area. I was there with my family for iftar and dinner yesterday and the food was excellent. The chef cooks authentic Bangladeshi food and their customer service was great! Definitely going back.

We stumbled on this place based only on the Google reviews - we really enjoyed it! It's a small storefront restaurant - very friendly neighborhood place - food was great (we had Tikka Malai Chicken and Palak Paneer, mango lassi, chai tea) - owner was present and orchestrating/overseeing/greeting in a very nice way - nice atmosphere where you can chat (i.e., not noisy, no intrusive music). Limited amount of seating - so that could be a challenge if you come at a busy time - apparently popular for takeout. Worth considering if it fits your time, place, cuisine preferences - and also worth a bit of a trip!

If you’re looking for authentic South Asian delicacies, this place is a must-visit. The food is truly authentic, and you can tell everything is freshly prepared and house-made. Each dish tastes like it was made with care and traditional flavors. The restaurant itself is super clean and well-maintained, which makes the dining experience even better.
The owner and the staffs are extremely cordial and friendly, and personally made sure my order was taken care of. That level of hospitality really stands out.
If anyone wants to try authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, this is definitely the right place. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates genuine, home-style Bangladeshi food.

Stepping into Aladdin was like travelling abroad. This smallish restaurant felt like a living room by the home kitchen, with large families sitting together around the tables. It had a friendly, traditional Bangladeshi vibe, clean, casual, with extra fanfare for the Ramadan month. The food was absolutely delicious; way above any regular Indian menu. We ordered the chicken malai tikka kabob and the matar paneer sauce/dish (which is not spinach-based and is extra fragrant and flavorful). The owner treated us to mango lassi, tasty buffet vegetable rolls, potato cakes, and boiled eggs rolled in roasted crust. The prices are reasonable, the whole experience very special. Highly recommended.

Great food and a very welcoming atmosphere! The buffet had many fresh and delicious options, and everything was well prepared. The lamb, chicken dishes, and rice were full of flavor. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back again. If you are in Arlington, this is a great place to enjoy good food.
