This was honestly like a better, less greasy version of five guys, lol. The bacon cheese burger, fries and milk shake were all delicious! I spent around $30, but they give decent sized portions... And Just as a heads up, the large fry is big enough to split between two people.

Horrible customer service tonight by server/cashier Helen M. Went in at 9:30pm and order went through at 9:35pm. I mentioned was planning on eating in after I paid. No communication back to me at the counter. 10 minutes later get my food and go to table and start opening up my food from the bag and she says you have to leave. Dining out only!
Had 15 minutes to eat my food before you all officially close and yet she tells me I have to leave (only person in there). Just dropped $20 on a chicken sandwich, soda and medium French fries and can't even eat it hot.
Never did she explain in the beginning that orders were take out only or express that to me. Until I sit down and begin to eat she yells at me from the counter. Awful customer service!
Unbelievable. Never coming to this place again.... you all lost me for life.

Gave this place a second try and was disappointed again. Filthy dining area and the food is not that good. Way over priced like most places in town but this place is just gross. The food is horrible but I will be fair and say the shakes are good...way over priced but good

The burger was decent but the cashier taking our order was terrible. She looked at us like we were in some way intruding and spoke to us in the same way. The environment (staff) pretty much gelt the same. It wasn't a busy day at all only two other customers. Find a better burger spot if aren't starving.

Great food. Terrible prices. Prepare to spend at least $92 to feed a family with 4 children (and that is even with 2 children sharing a meal). The most comparable competitor IMO would be Five Guys - if the prices were better at AAB, I could give it 5-stars. But the high chairs also were all very sticky, a dead fly on the windowsill, and locked restrooms mostly unkempt. For the prices being paid for by consumers, you’d expect the working full-staff could better manage cleanliness during downtimes in this joint.

I was denied service due to closing of the restaurant before its designated time to close. I was abruptly stopped upon entering the restaurant because they started their closing routine before closing hours. I’m not sure if the employees where tired but if this is how they are going to run their business I would not recommend!!

Cannot recommend this All About Burger. I received a coupon for "20% off the total bill - maximum discount $25". The cashier refused to apply the discount to my order because he said I had to make a $25 purchase. I've used many similar coupons in restaurants and never had an issue. I tried to explain to him that he was completely misunderstanding what the coupon actually said, but he argued with me. So I left and wondered why a restaurant would want to lose a regular customer over a minimal discount. I sent an email to management and they said they would get back to me.4 days ago...
