First time visit and was treated poorly. The manager refused to honor an AARP printed coupon & went further & doubted its authenticity. Too many other burger options available to give this joint another try. Currently elevating this shabby treatment to AARP.

Never been to this mall before and walked the entire thing while waiting for a friend getting their hair done in Aveda nearby. After a few hours I was wanting a snack and everything downstairs seemed depressing - it's dim and all in industrial grey - so I walked into this welcoming bright and clean space playing enjoyable upbeat pop music. They have both veggie burgers made with beans and the impossible burger. We're supposed to get lunch after the appointment was done so I figured a small fries and iced tea would work for the moment. Although they have tons of milkshakes there is no tea so it was fries only. A short while later these beautifully hot and crispy fries emerge. They called me by name and I thought it was a mistake as there were a lot of fries in the bag! The gentleman behind the counter waved around what looked like yum yum (like thousand island dressing) sauce in a container and smiled, so I smiled and nodded back. He popped it in the bag and off I went. When I sat down and opened the bag there was already ketchup and napkins in there. This may be the longest post ever on a fries experience but I was thrilled with the size of the order, the extra sauce, and their genuine smiles!

I am a huge fan of this place ordinarily. I absolutely love the french fries. they are on a par, and sometimes even better than Five Guys. They are always crunchy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside and salted just right, until today. Today, I was extremely disappointed. The fries tasted old and cold, They were hard and tasteless. There is no way those fries were made fresh unless they way overcooked them! Talk about false advertising! Five Guys is way too pricey, but I may use them from now on for a french fry fix. And of course since it's delivery, I''m stuck with crappy fries and can't send them back. And Grub Hub doesn't give you a refund, so all in all a very disappointing experience.

Burger was over cooked and under seasoned. Everything about it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, even though I saw them make it. Uncanny similarity to a Sheetz burger, but at twice the price. Would not recommend.

One of the friendliest places in town and each burger is custom made and cooked. Bring a friend (or two or maybe 3) as one person cannot finish an order of their fries, delicious as they are, without assistance!!!!

I have never heard of All About Burger until I started working down here in Arlington, VA. So on this day I just had a yearning for a burger and there were a couple of other places nearby but I'd already had them before. Upon arrival I got a feel as if I was in another burger place. Still under covid restrictions and guidelines, there's a plastic barrier at the counter. Doesn't interrupt the ordering process at all. I had the bacon cheeseburger with medium fries. It took about 10 minutes to get my order as everything is prepared fresh. Once I got my food I was surprised there wasn't a lot of grease everywhere. The burger was packaged neatly as well as the fries. My coworker and I decided to eat inside instead of making the trek back to our truck. The burger was moist and cooked very well. Fries had a nice crunch and were salted very well. Overall everything was good and if in the area again I would eat here again.

This restaurant is surely one of the most pleasant place to eat in the region. Whenever I come there I am exceedingly happy. They maintain their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they provide. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

The food is good, and portion size is awesome! If you leave here hungry, your fault! The service was also the best for a fast food joint. We were greeted with a friendly hello, order taken with ease, and they even told us to have a nice day when we finished eating and were getting ready to go. They were very pleasant and polite the entire time; that's impressive for any fast food type place without waiters and such. In fact, my only complaint about this restaurant is the prices; they are pretty pricey for fast food. The menu doesn't seem expensive but because it's al-a-carte it adds up very quickly. We ended up getting the meal combo (which isn't on the menu), but that seemed to be more expensive than getting separate things. All in all, things were good, just too much money to keep me from coming back on a regular basis.

I have never tasted perfection until I went to All About Burgers. I was a meat eater and then I decided I was over that life. So I was like "wow how will I eat 'All About Burgers' now?" Then I found out they have Beyond burgers! WOW was I impressed. Tasty!!!!! I eat here too often. Seriously, too often. I think I'll order it right now.
