Allspice Catering was an absolute delight to work with. Their pricing is incredible competitive, they are very communicative, and the staff was on-time, hardworking, and attentive during our event. The food was also delicious and a huge hit at a large cocktail-style reception our nonprofit held. We will use them again, and I cannot recommend them more! Gus, the owner, went out of his way to help us, even allowing us to edit our order to add more food the day before the event. Incredibly impressed and grateful!

I used Allspice Catering this summer for a family member's wedding reception. It was the first time I had ever hired a caterer for a large event, and I had to coordinate it over a long distance. Gus did a great job helping me figure out all the details. He was very organized and attentive to the smallest items. Gus eased my anxieties and early on, I felt confident that I had picked the right caterer. They did not disappoint. The pricing was very reasonable, and I felt like there was a large selection of food to choose. The two staff members that attended our reception were attentive, on time, reliable, cheerful, and hard working. And, most importantly, the food was EXCELLENT. I had so many compliments from our wedding guests. I had a wonderful experience with Allspice Catering and highly recommend them.

Hired them for a pretty simple lunch for a meeting (sandwiches, salads, chips, cookies) they were very responsive, got me invoiced without much fuss and showed up on time the day of without a big lift on my side. All of the food was delicious and the attendees were very pleased. Will definitely use them again.

I don't recommend this vendor for catering. I was double charged (still not refunded despite repeats promises of issued refund), the display was a mess and products picked up early. We had done business with this company for many years. Disappointed.

This company provided food and service for my husband’s retirement party. We had 50 guests and everyone privately asked me the name of the company who provided such great top of line quality food. The youngest guest was 15 months old and the older just turned 80 but Allspice was able to serve yummy and elegant food ( all guest needs covered: gluten free/ vegetarian/ vegan/ ) the presentation was outstanding and cleanup discreet so we kept partying the night away. I had a pre-thanksgiving professional dinner and was communicating with another caterer who was taking forever in getting things finalized so a week before the event I decided it wasn't working and started looking for another caterer last minute. Allspice came up on the list and I called them and Richard was very quick in responding and literally what was taking me weeks with the other caterer took me a few hours to finalize and process with Allspice. I needed halal Turkey and he even managed to call up a Muslim farm and arrange that too. In fact, the menu listing was more creative and larger than what I was working with earlier too and he had some good ideas of how to make it work nicely. The meals were in pre-packaged containers and were delivered on time and nice and hot, ready to serve and everything tasted great. My guests enjoyed the dinner. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We never ordered for catering but have ordered the family meals several times. There is so much food for the price, you'll feel like you're not in Arlington (since everything is usually so expensive in Arlington). You will definitely have leftovers. All the food we have ordered has been delicious and the owner is so kind, helpful and accommodating.
