Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse

I was expecting something else. Certainly not the type of movie theater I have been hoping to attend for this private event. The food was okay. I had a pepperoni flatbread, and it was good, but it wasn't worth $15. I found the menu to be limited. It wasn't movie theater seating either; I was seated in an office chair at what seemed like a long desk. But what blew my mind was that we watched the movie Superbad on Hulu at what I expected to be a regular movie theater. I was invited to this event here, and seeing that it wasn't anything like what I expected, I doubt that I will be back.

Terrible food situation, not sure if kitchen or bar is food safe. Comedy is great just eat & drink before you go!

Servers who kindly tip themselves any amount they so choose without your consent while providing less than bare minimum service. If I do so happen to have to come back here again, I’ll be paying cash only.

It's not bad for the price. Definitely recommend going early to get food seats. But it's a weird office chairs packed in there. Food is terrible not worth the price unless you are supporting them.

The place shows some wear and tear, but still a great venue

Great spot for a small, intimate show. We saw card magic by Jason there and it was a perfect venue for that type of show, where audience interaction is a must.

We visited on a Saturday in July. I don't know if it was us- because it didn't seem like it was happening to other people- but at no point did we see the same waiter twice. We waited 40 minutes for drinks, then after stopping three or four random waiters to ask if they could check, one waiter said they'd lost the ticket, and brought us the drinks. Then we tried to order one dessert to share; again, waited another 30 min, had to flag down four different people, and eventually got the food. So took about an hour and a half total to get two sodas and an app. It was very very strange. Maybe they were understaffed, or the organization of who handles what section needs to be improved? I'm not sure. It was very disappointing.

$30 (before tip) for 2 sodas, a medium popcorn, and some funnel cake fries.

Also, not saying this as a positive or negative, but note that because of the older design of the building, the handicap accessible seats are toward the back, quite far from the stage.

I was charged 50 dollars on my credit card and I did not spend that much. I went to see Dominique Sachse which was great but the venue is old, run down, and needs to work out their credit card hold system in a better way.

This is probably the worst venue for comedy/movies that you can find. We went recently to see a comedian, not a bad show. The service was horrendous. First they had most of the place blocked off so that the few people that were there had to sit elbow to elbow. Much of the space remained empty, but people were not allowed to spread out. If you moved your chair, you were hitting someone else. The food, which is very limited, was marginal. Took forever to get it, despite the place being half empty, and it was pretty pricey for bar food. The two stars are for the comedian, but wouldn't do it again.

Great set up & atmosphere...comfortable all around. Enjoy extra funny Comedy like K-von while having a drink or a full meal! Definitely will go back!Plus, convenient parking garage nearby only $1,75 per hr or free at the bank.

Access to your theater was effortless, the food and drinks were top tier for a movie theater. This was my first time visiting and unlike your conventional theater concession, what was provided was that of an actual restaurant experience. Do not go off by what the website says regarding not being able to order throughout your exotics and only being able to order no later that 30 min bright the movie starts. You can continuing to order throughout the experience. Very easy to do. Just or the button and your genial service will arrive in about two minutes or less. This will be my go to movie/bistro from now on.
