Holy Cow this place is awesome! Usually, a restaurant that tries to do 2 or more styles of food is not that great in either, but Asiatique nails it on both the cajun and the sushi! This is a great date spot (if you don't mind getting a little messy) and a solid spot to come with the family. They have a bar, tables and a bigger room in the back for a private party. This seems to be a bit different than the original concept. I visited on a Sunday night and the only options were Japanese. Pretty extensive options, including hibachi, sushi, udon, tempura, etc. There is now a sticker on the menu that says "Japanese steak and sushi" instead of "cajun and sushi." I did not ask the proprietors what happened to the cajun options. Everything was tasty, so if you want japanese, this is a fine option. Asiatique has a great shrimp and crawfish boil. It's full of flavor and really fresh ingredients. I've gotten their boils three times now and have never been disappointed. I will also say their sushi is fantastic as well. It's really fresh and full of flavor. This is a must stop!
