I’ve come here for years. Pizza...burnt! Took 45 mins to let me know that, then made a half-fast pizza. Pizza lacked cheese and flavor. Not the same staff I used to see.
According to Yelp, Astor Med is under new management. We've eaten there for years, but today the food was almost inedible, and the service was even worse. The lentil soup used to be fabulous - today it was thick and salty and tasteless. The vegetarian platter had some truly unpalatable things on it (we couldn't identify everything.) The service was slow and uneven - our food came out 10 minutes apart and only because we reminded them we hadn't gotten our whole order.
