Though Arlington offers an abundance of dining options, this place stands apart, and I can confidently say that you cannot go wrong here. We have tried the lamb shank with rice, chicken shawarma, chicken brochette, falafel pita with fires and the hummus. Everything is fresh and delicious. Try it for yourself, and you will quickly understand why the reviews are so glowing. Astor, you have earned every bit of praise and more!!

One of the best Mediterranean spots I've been too. Everything from their appetizer, to the main course meal, to even the dessert, Astor on Pershing deserves far more attention than it gets. The Gyro/Filafil Gyro/Shawarma with Yogert, and Baklava are my go-to. Most importantly, the guest service was excellent, and the location is perfect in a quite neighborhood with outdoor seating. There's spacious parking, and the dining area is fancy. Will be back again with more family and friends!

What a great food! They make their own bread too. I usually get the Astor Sampler platter. Itâs exelent! Everything is fresh. Staff is extremely friendly and welcomming as well. Iâm so happy theyâre in my neighborhood.

Everything Is Made From Scratch! That's hard to find! I've been super impressed every single time that I've been here since discovering them a few months ago. The food is always fresh, hot, good quality and made to order. I mean, the toubulleh is made to order and I love ittt! The best thing I like about this place and why I go back is because of the staff. Two brothers own it and they have so much gratitude for their guests and that means the world to me.

Astor Mediterranean is such a gem! I ordered the Chicken Brochette and it was absolutely outstanding. The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly grilled with just the right touch of smoky flavor. The seasoning was spot-onâflavorful without being overwhelming.
The portions are generous too. The brochette came with fragrant rice, fresh vegetables, and a side of creamy tzatziki that tied everything together perfectly. Itâs hearty, delicious, and feels like real comfort food done right.
Service was friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. If youâre looking for consistently delicious Mediterranean food, Astor is definitely a place youâll want to come back to. Highly recommend the chicken brochette!
