In the shopping center they have a store on the first and third floors, we placed the order on the third and then we went to the food court so we could sit down to eat, because there is no place to do so in the other store. We had doubts about what to buy, I consulted, at first I didn't know but I let myself be understood but then he explained to us well. The flavor of the hot dog bites is very rich, addictive and the sweet ones, with sugar and cinnamon, are not far behind, they are tasty. The flavored lemonade that was ordered, that feels artificial.

One of my friends were ordering and their card was declining and the cashier wouldn’t let them try and swipe and wouldn’t try and let them pay with a different card for 15 seconds. They were asking if they want to pay for ours if it declined if ours also declines. The cashier said they weren’t able to do that. Mine luckily worked which I’m not mad about. We never got a receipt although they were printing out every time someone payed. The cashier was acting very rude and disrespectful about the situation.

You know you only come to Auntie Anne's when you get that whiff of pretzel butter aroma when walking nearby. Not too many people "plan" on going to Auntie Anne's I don't think.Service was meh, cashier was indifferent so don't ask questions. Pretzel was cold, gooey, and tasted underbaked. Not impressed by this location.

If I could give it zero stars, I would it’s not about the food. The food is great except for the hotdog bites but they charged us using the app for a lot of places you get free stuff but for this place you have to pay for free stuff0⭐️

Pepperoni pretzels rock!
My birthday pretzel was yummy. Thank you Auntie Anne’s for the birthday treat.
Stopped here and got a cinnamon sugar pretzel. It was pretty good. Paid around $6 for it. It was fresh out of the oven and served
Auntie Anne's is one of my go-to spots when I'm in the mood for a delicious snack. Located in Pentagon Arlington, this global chain offers a wide variety of sweet and savory soft pretzels with a range of toppings and dips. The pretzels are always freshly baked and have the perfect balance of softness and chewiness. I particularly love the cinnamon sugar pretzels, which are a perfect treat for any time of day.In addition to their great selection of pretzels, Auntie Anne's also offers refreshing beverages such as lemonade and frozen drinks. They have something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for a sweet snack or a refreshing drink. What I appreciate most about Auntie Anne's is their commitment to quality. Each pretzel is made from scratch using high-quality ingredients, and they take great care to ensure that each pretzel is cooked to perfection. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and the store is always clean and well-organized.Overall, I would highly recommend Auntie Anne's at Pentagon Arlington to anyone looking for a delicious snack. The pretzels are fresh, the toppings and dips are diverse, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, Auntie Anne's has something for everyone.
Very delicious and fresh pretzels!

A special for hotdog bites, a drink and free pretzel was on the screen so I asked for it… the cashier charged me for all 3 items, I told her I wanted the “special and/or the promotion on the screen” she did not turn around, snapped that there were no specials so I walked over to Cinnabon a few feet away.
Got a cup of the cinnamon minis. These were good. So much cinnamon on them.
Incompetent staff. Read for details:\ I ordered through the app for a 1:30 pickup. I arrived at 1:36 and it took a good couple of minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the pickup window. When I told the woman behind the counter I was there to pickup a mobile order, she asked my name. After a minute or so, she said she needs to see the name. I showed her my order in the app. She continued to insist she needs to see the name. In response to multiple requests to see the customer name and her dissatisfaction, we went back and forth and I showed her my profile in the app, my email confirmation, the order number, the receipt, my profile again, my ID, the email again, zooming in on my name, then the order number, then the total. She asked if I ordered through Door Dash and I again explained it was an order through the app. Then apparently she noticed I had applied my birthday coupon and said she needs the barcode. I explained that I already applied it within the app and already paid with a credit card for the balance. She still look confused so again I showed her the amount I paid in my receipt. Finally, she asked me what I ordered (apparently it hadn't been prepared yet), so I showed her the receipt again, only for her to get my order wrong after this 10 minute plus ordeal while other people were lining up behind me. Wow.
Lemonade could be better, love roasted n garlic pretzel
Absolutely terrible customer service. The server and cashier Gan G.which named herself Urami yelled at us for changing our mind about getting fanta and pushed us to buy it since we said we wanted initially. We were shocked and couldn’t believe that someone could soeak to customers this way. Look for food elsewhere if you would dont like to be yelled at.
