Very good response time on the online orders. However, the birthday cake was extremely dry, I think it was baked two or three days before and left in the fridge. The Nutella buttercream, on the other hand, was nice and made the whole thing a bit more palatable.

I had high hopes, but this place was average. The baked goods, like the cakes and cupcakes, are very moist. However, the flavors are not very bold nor distinct. For example, I've tried taro & pandan cake slices, & except for the cake being purple & green respectively, I wouldn't have known they were anything but common generic cake flavors. It might as well have been a dyed vanilla cake.

This shop is very unsuspecting... My friends and I were on our way to another bakery when we walked past Bakeshop- we didn't think much of as it was a small and cozy shop; but I am so glad we tried it. They offered a lot of non-basic flavors for macarons, and a lot of cupcake options. They also offered cookie sandwiches as well. Taro Macaron: 3.8 of 5 - it tasted "sweet with a hint of taro" Pandan Macaron: 5 of 5 - I loved this macaron so much, the taste of the Pandan really came through with each bite I highly recommend checking out this bakeshop; I would definitely come back for their Pandan and to try other macarons!

My sweet tooth was calling, so I stopped here for an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. It was nothing to write home about and definitely not worth my calories. But I still finished it ?♀️.Disclosure- I am a decent baker, so I am a bit more particular. Like I said, my sweet tooth was calling, but I wont be back.

I ordered a celebration cake for my friend's birthday and it turned out to be awesome. It was well carved as shown in the picture and the taste was really yummy and very fresh. Everyone loved it!!!

Cutest place! They have phenomenal selection of flavors and pastries and an innovative menu. Everything’s quite colorful and flavorful. Very reasonably priced IMO. Get the macarons!

I always believe that you should save room for dessert. I was excited to see this bakery after visiting a nearby restaurant. As soon as you walk in there is a freezer and a cold case filled with frozen ice cream sandwiches and cold desserts like banana pudding and cake slices. Behind the counter is the display case of cookies, cupcakes, macarons and various other dessert items. I had a hard time deciding what to try first. I went with two cookies and a cupcake. The cookies were very large. The peanut butter was flavorful but had a dry aftertaste. The chocolate chip cookie was made with brown butter which brought out the sweetness in the cookie. There were two options for the red velvet cupcake. I chose the buttercream option. The cake part was light and airy. The cupcake was on the smaller side. The icing was not overly sweet. The bake shop was not crowded when I was there which allowed me a chance to see what other options were available. However I could see if the place was busier, I would have felt pressured to pick things quickly so that I would not be holding up the line.
Nothing special about this place. I paid $3.75 for each. It kinda taste like grocery cupcakes. Very disappointed. Over priced and didn’t even have a bag to go.. Typical service you get. Get your food and leave kinda. Place is so small. I don’t think it can fit 10 people. Been wanting to try this place but nowI know now not to come back. FYI, some people might like it but just not for me and I only tried their cupcakes. I hope this helps.

I appreciate the numerous options for vegans but the oat milk ice cream was not in stock at all. The cupcake was good (got a vegan red velvet) but it was cold coming straight from their fridge. The icing was incredibly sweet. My daughter had a chocolate chip cookie which again was very sweet. I wouldn't seek this place out again but would go just to have options. Boo on the upcharge for plant based milks for the drinks. ☹️
