One of a few Thai places on our list. They have a good menu of options and are good if you ask for substitutes. My go to is the pad see eew with chicken and it lasts me two meals. Love their fried tofu as an appetizer though every time we get it, the sauce container is a bit melted due to the heat of the food. Overall I recommend as I haven't had a bad experience.

A fun "heaven and hell" themed Thai restaurant.The service is always friendly and quick. Large affordable drink menu. Food is tasty. And, great pop music from different decades playing. One of my "go-to" spots in Ballston!

Watch your credit card receipt. I was waiting for a cooking class that I got through Groupon. The instructor was late setting up so I sat at the bar in the restaurant and ordered a drink and food. I closed out my tab and noticed they charged me 20% gratuity automatically. Now, I generally tip 20%, but because they didn't even ask, I questioned it. They said because I was at the event, they charge a group rate. So because I signed up for a cooking class with complete strangers, and just happened to drink at the bar waiting for the instructor, I'm considered a group. Not cool.

Ordered from Bangkok Bistro at Ballston via. Grubhub. Ordered Drunken Noodles with Fried Tofu and Vegetables. And spicy! The restaurant is about 16 minutes away, by car, from me and the driver arrived on time, after Grubhub changed the ETA of course. But it was still within a reasonable amount of time.

I was hankering for some Thai food, I drove by and saw the sign for Bangkok Bistro in Ballston right by Macy’s department store in the Ballston Quarter. My son and I was greeted with a friendly hello and was seated promptly. We had chicken satay and the chicken teriyaki, the sauce was divine for the chicken teriyaki dish. I will definitely be going back. I did notice that they were doing quite a healthy to go business.

Went with a few friends for lunch and had a great meal! Started with the appetizer sampler which had an amazing variety - I especially liked the satay with the peanut sauce! For my main meal I got the Pad Thai (a classic) and enjoyed it thoroughly! This is my second time here and I will definitely be back!
