I bought multiple bottles from Erica the bottle server. I would say at least 3 were bought to the section. I had asked several times for refills on cranberry and orange juice, since each round of bottles she didn’t refill them herself. Every time asked, she would roll her eyes and did not bring anything. I had to go to the bar. I noticed her socializing after asking her for the 3-4th time to bring chasers. Atmosphere 8/10 service was a 2/10

For a place named Bar Bao, you'd expect them to make good bao. Unfortunately, the buns had a gummy, chewy texture that was unappetizing. The fillings, especially the meats, were overwhelmingly salty. As for the sushi, the selection is limited, offering American-style rolls rather than authentic Japanese fare. The rice was notably dry, which is concerning, as it's one of the simplest components to get right. Many of their rolls are heavy on mayonnaise or fried ingredients, which might appeal to some, but not to me. As an Asian American, I found the sushi lacked authenticity and didn’t suit my taste. Based on the food quality, I don’t believe the business is run or managed by Asians. It's not a place I would recommend, particularly to other Asian Americans. That said, the staff were friendly, and the customer service was good.

The bouncers were very hostile, I was accompanying my friend outside and they started pushing me for no reason. I would not recommend going there if you want to have a good time.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a terrible experience with the bouncer. He was extremely rude and aggressive, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. His behavior was totally uncalled for and made us very uncomfortable. It was a huge disappointment and definitely ruined our night. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and safe dining experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this venue due to the behavior of the bouncers. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when interacting with me. Their tone was dismissive, and I felt like I was being treated unfairly for no reason. It really left a negative impression and made my visit uncomfortable. I expected a more respectful and courteous approach, especially from staff who are supposed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Why are the security trying to challenge people into a fight. Don’t try to act tough to intimidate customers. Very disrespectful indeed. Don’t flex your authority like a corrupt police. I would completely understand, if a guy comes up to the bar looking for trouble. Loosen up. Have some respect people are consumers looking to have a great time.

Been going there for nearly a decade! Love the space, the theme and the atmosphere is definitely a great place to catch a vibe and relax after a long day. Very recently they have hired some very unprofessional and aggressive personnel who claim and appear to be “security”, when in reality SOME of them are just some misunderstood individuals who want to bully and harass folks who’s only intention is to have a good night and spend some money. If you’re looking for angry security to try and intimidate you, harass you, and discriminate you and ultimately ruin your night bc they don’t know how to handle their emotions, THIS IS THE SPOT TO ATTEND! (Not let you in the restaurant simply bc you didn’t react accordingly when they step up and get aggressive with you for no reason ). All of my friends and family attend this spot weekends and for sporting events, I’ve grown to call this place a home away from home. Please correct your security and have them treat your clientele with respect, at the end of the day, they also do represent this company and play a HUGE ROLE in customers feeling safe. My group of friends feel anything but that with these folks standing up front acting like they own the place. In reality some of them are really bad for business.

Took my son here for dinner tonight. Although our meals were brought out separately 15 minutes apart, the food was quite good. Sadly we won’t be back due to the hostess who was working this evening. She seemed so bothered to get off her phone and stool despite us being the first customers for the evening. She was impatient and contrived whenever she came.by. I asked for the check and she came over with the device and didn’t show me my order so that I could see if I was charged correctly. She just told me to “tap here” and that gratuity was already added. I asked her if this was posted anywhere, since I didn’t know gratuity was automatically included. She got upset and defensive and said she’ll take it off if I wanted. While I should’ve have said yes due to her poor attitude, I didn’t. I just wanted to know the policy. I barely was finished typing my info for a receipt when she rolled her eyes and snatched our menus and stormed away. Even my son was perplexed. Such a nasty attitude from that young woman, especially when her job is so easily replaceable. She needs to go

Waiter/hostess with ponytail and grey headband was extremely rude to us and even shot us a dirty look and recoiled when we refused to tip her when she asked us to. Never met a meaner waiter and definitely won’t be coming back with her around

Went the day after Halloween Which I knew it was going to be packed And the music was super wack! Felt like I was in a Middle school dance. I am a millenium and the music was kept PG. Do not recommend nor will I go back! Both DJ’s need to step up the game with music.
