Wily was phenomenal! Very attentive! We came to celebrate our anniversary (for the 2nd time). The goat cheese bruschetta was delicious, as was the rest of our food. Definitely will come back!

Went out for drinks and appetizers with friends. This place is a perfect location for the after work crowd. Cozy but patio was great for people watching too. Our server, Willy, was knowledgeable about the menu and what drinks to pair with it. I will definitely be back for the lobster mac!

Visted my cousin in Arlington and ended up finding this Gem... I wish Barley Mac would let me franchise to South Carolina, so I can have one up the street from me. And Willy, if you see this... you are an awesome culinary tour guide and the main reason for my great experience. You can definitely manage my restaurant. Good job Barley Mac... keep it up.

I went to brunch by myself and was the only person in the restaurant. My server made sure I wasn’t. She did a fantastic job and was super nice. The food was really good, although didn’t fully like my carrot cake (I think it was just personal taste). Definitely want to go back for the regular menu.

I had a server named Keane I think it was, he was the most cheerful young man I have seen in the workplace so far! I will be returning and recommend this place highly to anyone who wants a cheap, amazing, and thoughtful dinner.

Some of our meals (there were 4 of us) were ok, some not so much. My mashed potatoes came were brought to our table at room temperature, at best. The fried calamari was under cooked and the buffalo mac and cheese was less than desirable. That aside, the service was horrendous. The person we thought was our waiter (as he came to the table after we were seated) exchanged greetings with us, then went into a diatribe about how he "was not a fan of working with his coworkers in a restaurant setting where he can't get away from them". He then proceeded to tell us that he's 16 years old and "didn't know what to do". At that point, he excused himself from the table, returned 5 minutes later to take our order, and was never to be seen by us again. After receiving our meals by a runner who did not seem interested in offering refills to our empty glasses, we ate and waited for the next person appearing to be an employee to come by so we could ask for refills. By the time this occurred, our meals were almost done. The waitress I flagged down was willing to bring us water, but, again, served us water that was no warmer than that from a tap. No ice. Warm... Then my wife approached the wait staff station to get our check, stating we haven't seen our waiter. The same waitress who I flagged down for water replied "I am your waitress and I was just at your table". Apparently, the teenage boy was just a waiter in training, but none of this was explained to us, the customers. We definitely will not be returning here in the future.

Updated review! Was there the other night and the food was great the service amazing the girl working was so friendly and fun! We loved every interaction with her and it was a genuine pleasure to have her looking after us! However my father who is visiting us from Ireland, my father in law and husband returned yesterday with my young son to watch a football game and the service was awful, rude and passing condescending remarks to my father and plain just didn’t act like she wanted to be there making them very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We’ve visited this establishment a good few times now and was our go to for some relaxed atmosphere and family meet ups and after the treatment my family received yesterday we will not be returning, the other staff and manager we have encountered were above amazing but this one “server” has let you guys down tremendously with her behaviour and disrespect.
