For the second time now I ordered ice cream from here (Uber eats) and both times I got an entirely wrong order. Ordered two different flavors and received two scoops of the same wrong flavor instead. The receipt attached had the correct order I placed each time.

I ordered a peanut butter parfait twice. First time I got Oreo ice cream, second time I got Ice cream, whipped cream and light brown sauce. No chocolate sauce or Reese's chunks. I can't wait until this place just goes away there's such better choices even if they're a little more expensive, they're worth it!!!

Do to Covid Pandemic that affect work /supplies chain shortage many things not bought and sitting out and then put back/conservation;presentation looks bad,not fresh and still tried to sale them.

Two people working: both were friendly and engaging. Selection of ice cream was good - as was the quality. As a Dad of three satisfied kids, this was a good experience. (I enjoyed some, too)

Until about a month or so ago, their employees were rude and would often give incorrect orders (especially for the Baskin-Robbins side). Now, they seem to have hired new people and they are great! They gave me about triple the amount of ice cream as the old employees used to. Definitely give them another shot if you haven't been here recently.

They say they are open until 9 on every site all up and down the internet, so I come here at 830 and they are closed. That is so disrespectful to their customers time, the stores owner obviously doesn't not care about maintaining a business properly, which makes me question what other corners they are cutting, like proper sanitation. So go ahead and eat here, but I'll make you a bet that are eating a scoop full of their shit--one way or another

Ice cream is old, appears melted and frozen again, and other buckets of ice cream were freezer burnt. Staff was rude and made me feel I was troubling her.
