bb.q Chicken Virginia Square

I ordered wings for takeout, it should be 8pcs as described in menu but i only got 7pcs when I opened the box.

Same issue happened with previous takeout orders too. One time they even gave me boneless (which is cheeper)rather than the wings I ordered.

I called few times but no one pick the phone. Seems they are trying to save the cost in this way. Be careful with this place.

I had an incredible dining experience at bb.q Chicken Virginia Square. The food was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell the quality and care that goes into every dish.

What made the visit even more special was the exceptional service. Our server, Smrity, was the best! She was kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly elevated our experience.

We really wanted to love this place because we went for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, there was a very large, noisy crowd when we were there. Obviously, that was not the fault of the restaurant, but it is certainly not acoustically thought out. We had fried chicken that was so overly breaded, and it had so much sugar on it that we really couldn't eat at all. I had to take most of it home and remove the breading and wash it in order to use the remaining chicken. The Cobb salad shouldn't really be called that because it doesn't have certain essential ingredients, such as bacon and blue cheese, and it was pretty much flavorless, although it was generous. Birthday fish cake ice cream cake was a nice addition.

I was craving Korean fried chicken and it was really good. The sweet and salty garlic sauce was savory and the meat was tender. I ordered pick-up this time but would love to dine in next time and try some other dishes.

The food is always wonderful but the service is so slow.

Chicken is so fresh and tastes good every time we order. I love the secret sauce chicken!!! Just the right amount of sweetness, spice and crunchiness. 😍

I had the beef rice bowl it was amazing. It seems you don't get 1 single server but a few who all stop by at 1 point or another. Good food, good vibe, quick service. I recommend

Pretty decent

I'm so glad to have stopped here. We were seated right away. Service was exceptional. I had the soy garlic boneless chicken, cheesy buldak, and spicy original chicken sandwich. So we're very tasty, and smelled so good. I had the espresso martini which was good.

They have happy hour here. Looks like May be karaoke sometime. There is a full bar. 4 tvs at the bar and 3 more on dining floor.

Bathrooms very clean.

Ordered to go after dining in and was not a long wait. Highly recommend.

My experience has been delivery only. Very easy to order on line. Good selections. Good food.

I got original chicken sandwich it was delicious with sweet potato fries
