The base of the milk tea is SO. GOOD. got the brown sugar milk tea and itās the second best milk tea after Tiger Sugar. Also got the peach milk tea and it was delicious. Wonderfully done. It was subtle while still sweet and natural. I donāt like peaches but I loved it.
My one problem is the bubbles. They are okay. Just basic and plain. If they made the boba taste like Tiger Sugarās (soft but still chewy, and flavorful) this place would be my new favorite.

Located in pentagon city row complex. We had good tasting boba teas in recent memory. Had the mango with shaved coconut on top and the Oreo cookie one. Very tasty. Service was a bit slow because there was only two people running this large kiosk. Will return to try their Thai food on the next visit too.

Came here specifically for the mochi based on google search but itās no longer on their menu. We got the soft serve instead and it was so expensive - over $17 for two orders in a cup! While refreshingly cold on a hot day the match and ube swirl didnāt have much flavor.

The drinks are really good and all the food has a great consistency and is fresh. I didnāt have to wait for a really long amount of time. The workers were really nice. I really recommend this place. Go try it out.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The food was absolutely amazing and the owner was so friendly. Will definitely be going again!
Neither my Steamed BBQ Chicken Bao Bun or Crispy Crab Wontons were very good. The staff was very nice, though.
Star of the trip was the Seafoam Boba!
