Raw chicken observed over RTE foods in walk in cooler. Corrective Actions: Separate raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding and display from raw RTE including other raw animal food such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw RTE food such a vegetables, and cooked RTE food.

For dinner they only had one item that is vegan the beyond bolognese. It’s not a bad option if you are staying at the hotel, but probably not worth the trip if coming from somewhere else.
I had the tofu scramble in the morning and it wasn’t good. Too much soy sauce and too spicy. Maybe. I got a bad batch.

Steak with mushrooms was excellent, added beer battered vegetables, marvelous. Ruth was an excellent and very pleasant server, offering excellent information on menu choices. The drinks, i think a lemonade margaritas, and espresso martini, excellent. Overall, everyone was great. Nice buffet breakfast but I didn't get the nice gentleman's name who helped us mornings Aug 18-19, 2023.
Parking: We rode hotel shuttle so not sure if parking garage is pay or not
