Good food...but really bad system for preparing "to go" orders. Best Buns will get your online order wrong 95% of the time. You order extra bacon? You pay for an extra burger on your sandwich? Better check you bag, because they ALWAYS get online orders wrong. And management knows, and doesn't care...thats the worst part. The person cooking consistently will not read the details of orders...so if you spent extra to have your meal the way you like it.... ...better check your bag before you get to your kitchen table...because Best Buns is banking on you not checking them. I have to open my bag, and "to go" packaging EACH TIME, just to make sure I got what I paid for. You'd think that a place with food as good as they have, would take customer service seriously. After DOZENS of messed up orders, I can tell you, they do not take it seriously. The same weekend cook, messing up customer's orders, is still there. I've thought of starting a YouTube channel devoted to how incredibly bad this place is at reading and fulfilling orders...but, it would only annoy me all over again. If you eat here, check your bag unfortunately, because the kids on staff on weekends, get your order wrong 95% of the time.

Ordered burger with side of Brussel sprouts. Great dinner. The standout was Nicholas who helped with my order when I got confused by something on the self service order screen. He noticed I was having trouble and took time from repairing the milkshake machine to help. Great service!

I ordered this place through Uber Eats and when I tell you, this is a 9.5 out of 10 I got a ham and cheese croissant with the cinnamon roll and both of them was a nine out of 10 so I can only imagine how it taste when you dine in

The morning buns and sticky buns are excellent -- definitely worth the trip. But I would skip the Monkey Bread, which is bland.

I love Best Buns due to the fact that they have dessert and I highly recommend going there to get coffee and pastries. I have visited this location a few times and I had a great experience.

Love the setup in the restaurant. Wait time was a little long, but definitely worth the wait. The croissant was flaky, soft and buttery I might add. The bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection.

Talk about a chocolate cupcake! Absolutely delightful. One of the many favorites there. The carrot cake is delicious!
The atmosphere is wonderful, giving vibes of French bakery meets buzzing corner cafe! Staff is polite and professional, taking special care to package each order beautifully. Breakfast, brunch, lunch items and more. Cozy spot great for picking up or take-out not alot seating.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and they’ve ruined my order. At this point I’m pretty sure it’s on purpose how terrible they are.

The little bacon burger is one of my favorite menu items added but only if you purchase it during lunch. The dinner shift forgot my bacon and arranged the most distasteful looking burger slathered in sauce so much so that the bun was mushy and the toppings all over the place. There were no jalapeños and the overall presentation and taste was night and day from lunch burger. Beware of when you go to Best Buns as the staff in pm are not preparing food with same attention to detail and love. This is 3 times this has happened in the evening.

These buns are one of the best I've tried!
So fresh, and soft in a friendly little niche. I had a "simple" cheeseburger and added sauteed mushrooms which turned out to be the highlight of my day. Thank you!
