First time I ordered myself and wasn’t given a bagel by family and I can say it’s definitely better than I would have said before. My go to bagel is whitefish with tomato onion on a poppy bagel, this time I got whitefish with double bacon tomato and onion and it was really good not your typical whitefish salad but still very good. Next time will get cheese or mayo with it.

I have experienced very rude and aggressive behavior from the older African gentleman working as a cashier. I have experienced him be rude to other customers and every time I go in he looks angry and unhappy to be there. The rest of the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunely, this one bad apple makes for a bad experience at this location.

The old man who works there is very rude and impolite. Please teach him some manners.

Probably the best bagels in this area but can be a huge pain to navigate on weekend mornings. Online ordering is often broken, very crowded. Unfortunately I don't think there's a good alternative!

Great bagels, but avoid ordering online. The physical line moves much faster than the digital queue. Online orders take extra time compared to walking in, even during busy periods. Order 230, for example, came out after order 295.

Always good. Helpful staff. Mostly order online and they always get it right. Was bummed that they left dupont circle, but only a 15 min bike ride to Rosslyn.

⭐ - 1 Star I just picked up a pizza from the Bethesda location, and when I opened the foil, I was disgusted to find a cockroach on the pizza. It ran off before I could take a photo, but the damage was done. I work nearby and have ordered from here many times, including placing large catering orders (35+ pizzas for our end-of-year celebration). But after this, we will never order from or eat here again. This isn't just disappointing — it's a serious health and sanitation issue. Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you for letting conditions like this happen in a food establishment. Terrible service. Rude. Why do bagels cost 50% more to make in DC? Way overpriced. Wouldn't last a day in New York. 25 minutes or more to get a bagel. I don't know how this business stays afloat. Done here.

I got a Orange Cranberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese. A bold but delicious move. Cashier advised me on the decision and was very helpful. A great place to study/work while eating a yummy bagel!
