FREAKING LOVE IT! I have been to Bibimix so many times, the food is delicious. While they do not have that large of a variety, the food they have is absolutely succulent! Please go you will not regret it. I have long been a fan of their chicken kimbap and honey soy boneless chicken. These are my absolute favorites. The place has a few self serve side dishes which are also quite tasty. Staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is pretty chill. Will be going back regularly!!!

Great food. Soju got me tipsy. Got the bulgolgi, an excellent compliment to the decadent peach Soju. You guys should watch Kpop Demon Hunters. Great movie. My friend Cole also got the bulgolgi. I was able to finish mine but his tiny tummy couldn’t take it.

It is a bit on the pricey side but in my opinion it's worth it for the quality. The hot stone bibimbap and wings are always exceptional and they have complimentary sides (miso soup, kimchi, green onions, pickled radish) that you can get as much as you want. Wings are plump, juicy, and saucy. Bimbimbap makes you think of home cooking
Additionally, there was a mistake with my order that I may or may not have made in getting boneless instead of bone in wings. The staff quickly erectified my order correctly with no questions asked. I tried to compensate her for my mistake but she wouldn't take my money. Things like are what makes me want to write a review and give it 5 stars.
Good food and better people!

The man that took my order took the time to walk over to the “app bar” and explained it to me. The food was insanely delicious I got the tofu kimchi jjigae & will absolutely be back for it this fall season!

I really wanted to like this place… I love Korean food & this one just didn’t hit like it should. For overall rating, I’d give it a 2/5.
The flavor was underwhelming for the wings and the crisp wasn’t there like Korean fried chicken. It was hard batter… crunchy. It wasn’t the perfect kind of crisp. It’s like a 2/5.
The Bibimbap was eh… their gochujang wasn’t good, the entirety of the dish was lacking taste… 1/5.
Everything else really was about the same.
My only glow about this place would have to be that they do have self service water, sides/banchan (kimchi, daikon, broccoli) and miso soup (or something like that…)

We went for dinner but taste was extremely bad. The rice was very stale, food was cold, the meat had no taste other than spice

It was great. My son loved the self service miso & bonchon - 10/10. We had the stone bowl bibimbap and it was a good size portion and delicious - 8/10. Also had the fried meat dumplings and they were 6/10. Anxious to try the kimbap and other items when we come back!!!

Every time I come to Arlington for business or personal trip, I always come here. They serve really good Korean food! Pictured is their Japchae with chicken and Bibimbap. Try the hot stone version if you want a slightly crispy rice base. I usually order Tteokbokki to share when I come with friends. All of BiBiMix’s dishes have large portion, suitable to share so you can order various dishes and try everything. They have a free, self-serve salad bar which has miso soup, kimchi, pickled/spicy radish or potato, with multiple sauces (gochujang, teriyaki, yam) that complement the dishes well. The servers are super friendly and attentive! Really happy with this place and will keep coming back whenever I’m in the area.
