Came here to ask for water as there wasn't a water filter nearby. Woman rudely said yes but we charge for water. I've never heard someone charge for water that's not bottled.

$16 for a small bowl of rice and chicken that wasn’t very good but worst of all it gave me food poisoning.

I got the vegetable lo mein. It was made fresh and to order — a large portion with plenty of vegetables. The price was very reasonable considering one is at the airport.The staff was very pleasant. I would definitely eat here again.

This is a great option to have something on the go at the airport. The staff was very nice and after ordering I got my sesame chicken and egg rolls in about 5 minutes.They were hot, delicious, and satisfying. I'm also very sure it was made fresh. Will definitely make this my go to airport quick grab from now on.The only complaint I would have is that the egg rolls are very small, but everything else was A+!

I ordered a bowl with dumplings and fried rice and it was worse than anything microwaveable that i’ve ever bought, the dumpling were somewhat redeeming compared to the abomination that the rice was, but still

It's the worst place to buy food! The cashier is very rude and rude without paying attention, talking to her colleagues in the kitchen and throwing the food in the bag like garbage. I have never had such bad service, shame on that place! ??????

I didn't even try to order anything from this joke of an establishment. I asked for a spoon and was told I needed to be a paying customer to have one. Then what looked like a manager had a snarky remark to make. Fortunately for them I'm in my flight attendant uniform and can't curse them out as they should be. I've worked in aviation for years and the utensils don't come out of their pay checks. So just from that trash encounter I would NEVER spend a red cent there.

I came 20 minutes before I started writing this review. I came with kids. Didn’t matter. They had a party in the kitchen and my food came after many others’. They have no system. You get lucky if you go first. For some reason, just my luck today, I was left behind. One of the cooks even made racist remarks I didn’t appreciate towards the end, as I write this review, they said something that ended with “espanolo”. I will send this review to Big Bowl headquarters.

Fast food asian fusion takeaway. Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, Kung Pao chicken, and a tofu or a combo of two of the above served with a side of lo mein or white or fried rice. I went with the combo - orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The beef was actually cut up steak and was quite nice. Good spot for a quick feed.

I should have read the reviews first! Server up front was great, but order got lost, and even after they figured it out, was still slow. 20+ minutes total. Food ok but worth the wait!

Definitely the worst service I have ever seen ANYWHERE. It took almost 20 minutes for my food to be delivered. In an airport with time always a consideration, that is too long. Also, they call out the order when items are ready and from their limited menu, there are many people with the same order. So it becomes a frustrating, stressful experience when three people go for the same dish sitting on the counter. Ever hear of a number system for customer orders, Big Bowl!? As for the service, the three brain surgeons at the register and behind the counter cooked food as ordered (in an airport!?); leisurely gabbed while a dozen customers waited; and told two people that their orders were "complicated" and took longer to cook. Chicken and noodles is not a five star recipe and you are not a chef in Paris. The disengaged manager or owner of this joke fast-food joint is the biggest problem as s/he could care less about customers or any pittance of service. Finally, the food: edible but again I would have eaten the carton after waiting so long and then dining 30 minutes after takeoff. In conclusion, if you want crummy food that takes 20 minutes to make and wish to run for the gate, Big Bowl is the #1 location at Reagan National.
