Big Buns Damn Good Burgers

Our family was visiting from Ohio and the amazing staff member was very helpful with menu. She connected with us over being from Ohio and was so nice to us. Our family all enjoyed our sandwiches (2 chicken and 2 burgers). They were cooked to order, fresh, and tasty. Truffle fries were awesome! We really enjoyed the soda selections as they were unique flavors we had never had before. Before leaving we were treated to some fresh baked cookies. The ice cream was creamy and hit the spot. The kids ordered milkshakes and both were delicious! Not enough good things to be said for this place! Thank you for your hospitality and service with a smile!

Burgers and chicken sandwich were great. You have to order on a kiosk. Customizing orders was a little difficult

Again don’t get the high rating as the burgers are just “decent”, pretty small portion for the price. Burgers are more well done than medium and lack a bit of taste. Staff is friendly.

My friend and I walked over for lunch after doing a coffee tasting nearby. We ordered on the kiosk and the food came out quickly. The burgers were really juicy and flavorful. We were both happily surprised on how good they were. I would definitely go again.

First impression: Sticky floor!!! The place is dirty!!! Too bad we noticed it after paying for our order on the web/online station right next to the entrance. Burger is okay but overpriced. I cannot finished my food thinking how dirty the kitchen would be if their dining area is dirty. IHOP is better and cleaner than this hyped-up place.

Milkshakes were great! Burger and Chicken sandwich was good. A little pricey especially the shake. Fountain soda is from Maine root which has root beer, cola etc with cane sugar instead of corn syrup so that was really good.

The manager is extremely friendly and remembers us every time we come. We live in the Columbia, MD area and happily take the drive (40+ mins) every time. The prices are great compared to other burger joints. My order is always correct. They are always very quick. I am a vegetarian, so I order the impossible burger. It is the BEST and cheapest impossible burger that I’ve ever had! Burgers are always juicy and you can tell that they’re made fresh. Fries are pretty good. Again, the manager is great and makes the experience so much better! :) The ingredient quality is great too and I am a VERY picky person! We have been 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks. We always bring our 2 year old autistic son and the staff are very friendly with him. The parking isn’t the best, but that has everything to do with the area and nothing to do with the restaurant.

Good food, good atmosphere, would definitely come back. Just needs some more popularity to kick off and it'll do well. Jose was super nice and friendly.
