Don't waste your time. A basic burger and I had too many issues. Said no onions and it had extra onions. They remade it with again onions. After the 3rd time I had no onion but they didn't put my Bacon on there. When they had to fix it a 3rd time they acted annoyed that they even had to do it. The fries were good but the burger is a joke. The drinks were the best part. Not worth the amount you spend for the service quality or service.

Big Buns in Arlington, VA is where it's at! The place has this cool vibe going on – you walk in, and you just know you're in for a good time. The food? Man, they've got all kinds of stuff on the menu. Burgers that'll make your mouth water, and they even have this insane Unicorn shake for dessert – it's like something out of a dream. And don't even get me started on the drinks. They've got some seriously killer cocktails that'll knock your socks off. Oh, and did I mention the location? It's smack dab in the middle of Arlington, so it's super easy to get to. And the service? A+. The staff is friendly, and fast. So yeah, if you're in the mood for some good eats and a chill vibe, you gotta hit up Big Buns. Trust me, you won't regret it

The offer burgers with Angus beef. They also have tons of options for chicken (fried and grilled) I got the Angus Beef burger Brioche Bun Lettuce Swiss cheese BBQ With a Mexican coke and peanut butter shake I was so glad that they had Mexican coke! Where else can you get that! The staff was extremely friendly food came quick with a family of four

Service is a little rough especially when it was not crowded but the burger itself is not bad. Currently at 4 stars on Yelp and the peppery flavor is present but semi dominating on the peppercorn steakhouse. Fries are okay in terms of texture but the parm truffle seasoning is not present.

I ordered online because I’m in a rush and I need to be able to run in and grab the food and go. My order was on the table with all the other ready orders but when I grabbed it, she said hold on you have a drink with that, I’m thankful she reminded me but then she kinda got a attitude and got weird and I was like do you want to check to see if it’s mine. And she was like no I just wanna make sure you actually got a drink with your order and you got the right one. look, I understand trying to help but don’t put the order there in the ready pile if it’s not complete. And then be all weird to the customer and make me feel like it’s my fault or something when really you’re just being rude when you didn’t complete the order yet and put it there. Or maybe just be a little nicer. When you tell me, I have a drink with my order, don’t look me up and down and have a weird attitude.Edit: honestly, not too impressed because I paid like four dollars for like the same size portion of a small at McDonald’s. And I feel like the bacon strips are kind of small for the size of the burger like come on everything should be proportional.

Some of the best food I have ever had on my vacation, and when we had a issue it was fixed with not even an inkling of a reaction from the man serving us who kept a stern look the whole time but was one of the kindest and most respectful person I have met in the service industry. They make the Commentary next door look like a soup kitchen for the homeless, but with outrageous prices. Also if that serious guy is reading this he should smile more knowing by that you work at such an establishment.

Came by for lunch as I was in the area and was not impressed. I would've been happier with shake shack around the corner Service: food came out fast but the lady who took our order was unpleasant. No smile, did not feel welcome. I felt uncomfortable ordering. Food: the burger meat was seasoned but it lacked any further flavor. The peppercorn burger did taste like pepper, that was it. The 9 year anniversary burger had caramelized onions but they didn't taste particularly sweet or anything. There was 2 sad strips of bacon. The Parmesan truffle fries were decent but I barely tasted any truffle. Oreo shake was ok but didn't stand out. Ambiance: of the tables that were open, most of them were dirty and had trash on them. We sat at a table that looked clean but had crumbs all over it. Looks like they might pick up trash but no one wipes them down which is pretty disgusting. Overall, I would say maybe you'd have a better experience at a different location, but this place was not it.

Been here twice now. The first time I got a burger of some sort, the second I got a fried chicken sandwich. Both were great options. Pic shown is the fried chicken sandwich. The fries are cajun which got that kick to em. Would recommend just getting regular fries and seasoning them yourself if you're weak (like me). Both times i've also gotten a shake. They have great food, great shakes, and plenty of seating. Service is quick.
My only regret is not finding this place sooner! Got the burger combo- about $14 for a cheeseburger, drink and fries. It's just really good. Trust this random Yelp review and go. The burger was big and so yummy and the pickles were the good ones. The fries were perfect, I've been day dreaming of them ever since. And weirdly, the soda was the best soda ever? It's not normal soda, and I only got soda because of the combo. It's from a soda specialty brand and it's just exponentially better than any soda you've ever had. I'm a burger lover and I approve this message!
