Service was SLOW. I waited for 15 for a waiter, and even longer for drinks and food. My order came out wrong, and I said I wanted to order something else, but the server Fransisco said I would still have to pay for the meal. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was not one working, but told me th manager's name was Misael. I ended up not eating, and it wasn't until I asked for his and the manager's names to leave a review, he then took my plate away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — The Trial of Water Has Been Passed 💧🔥
There’s something special about Bob & Edith’s Diner — that old-school energy where hard work meets heart. Even while the place was packed, Prachi and Jose took the time to serve with patience, kindness, and real care. That’s what separates average service from greatness.
They didn’t rush it, they didn’t overlook it — they made sure the experience felt personal. Today they officially passed the Trial of Water, proving that no matter how busy life gets, genuine hospitality still exists.
Prachi and Jose, y’all are the backbone of what makes this spot shine. You both deserve a raise and so much more. The warmth, the hustle, and the energy you bring remind us that respect and good vibes still go a long way.
If you’re ever in Arlington, VA, stop by Bob & Edith’s Diner — not just for the food, but for the people who make you feel at home. 💯

Used to love going here regularly to drown an omelet with some complimentary Tabasco. They got rid of their complimentary Tabasco and Cholula and now only offer Texas Pete.
I will update this to 5 stars once Tabasco and Cholula return.
If you need a great breakfast early in the morning this is the spot. Great customer service.

Solid atmosphere and service for what you would expect from a 24hr diner. Food was good, maybe lacked a bit of salt on the eggs and hash browns, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some condiments. Coffee was great and refill rotation was well timed. Good option for a quick, affordable breakfast.

Great diner to sit down and enjoy a straightforward well made meal.
I went around 09:30 am but was focused in the fried chicken. Got it with crispy hash brown and coleslaw. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time for a fairly busy time of day (most tables occupied). Food was excellent. Done right.
Crispy fried chicken with 4 pieces and the hashbrowns and coleslaw were also very good.
Ill make this a regular stop when I'm in Arlington
