I would share more stars if i could. I made reservations to bring a group of 13 and because of the constraints of our schedule, only had 30 minutes to eat. I called in the morning and spoke to Charlie, a manager there and he allowed me to provide the orders in advance, encouraged me to have the group sit in that same order. When our bus arrived, Charlie was waving at me and directing me and my group to the resteraunt. When we arrive the food was brought out within minutes. We had steaks, chicken, poke bowls and everyone raved about the food. Staff continiously checked in our group and then the warm cookies were brought out. Not only was this a large group dining experience it was one of the best dining experiences of my life. We have Charlie and his staff to thank for that!

VERY disappointed with the services at this restaurant (to say the least). The food was excellent. However, we could count on our hands the amount of times waitstaff came to check on us. Took over an hour to even order food. Took over 3 hours in total and took forever to track someone down for the check. The most disappointing thing is the fact our waitress sat down at the table next of us to take her break (with other staff) and no one took over the tables..

My first visit there and it was a blast, very accommodating and patient with the crew I was with to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Did you know you get a free dessert of your choosing for celebrating your birthday and first time visitor get free Bang Bang Shrimp appetizers. I must say "they banged, favorable to the pallet." I convinced my granddaughters to try the Key Lime cake because they never had it and they love it! ?I am still shaking my head at my granddaughter who ordered a burger (it was juicy and delicious) at a fish restaurant (to each is own, I guess she was over fish, Mom cooks it enough at home, lol smh). Again, all the servers = host, waitress, bartender and cooks did their job well!! Cod imperial delicious ?, calamari ?, bacon mac & cheese ?, blackened Baja shrimp tacos?. I'm leaving a few items off because I can't remember, the visit was in mid-December memory has been replaced with other holiday activities. I do remember everything was on the money aka worth all price and we enjoyed each other, the atmosphere, the service and the food ??

Nieceyyy was our server and she was simply amazing.. she provided exceptional service.. Kay was our hostess. Kay provide great customer service. She greeted us as soon as we walked in. Food was amazing. I definitely give this location a 10/10…Not sure of the bartender’s name but I Nieceyyy suggested a blueberry lemon drop and it was everything I need plus more! Thanks for the exceptional workers at this location

Waitress was nice and friendly. She was depending on coworkers to bring out food. I didn't receive my chowder until my daughter said something to her, and then it came out with the entree, and it was cold. When I got my check, it was for$ 289.00. They had combined my check with someone's else.. I have dined here before and didn't have an issue. This time, it wasn't too pleasant.

Christy and Capri were phenomenal waiters the food, the atmosphere, and the staff were really amazing..really can't forget. the comedian host at the door. What a wonderful visit...BROOKLYN WAS IN THE HOUSE!

I ordered a cocktail to go and they took over 20 minutes and I had to remind them that I ordered it. when it was handed to be there was literally no alcohol in it just sweet juice. paid $16 for a cup of sweet juice.

Started with a really bad espresso martini, calamari app took 20 min, steak and lobster meal had zero seasoning.To top the night off, got wrong check from different table.Manager did give discount w apology.But multiple errors like these cannot be by chance. Kitchen and bar need improvements.
