I really wanted to like this place. I’m new to Arlington but an avid ramen fan, and have had ramen across the US but also in Japan. Unfortunately I was really disappointed both times I stopped in here. The broth is totally flavorless and the noodles are soggy. I got a spicy miso ramen and it tasted like water. I genuinely walked away wishing I’d just gotten $2 grocery store ramen. That said the service is great. The servers are prompt and lovely. I just wish the food was palatable.

My sister and I have ordered takeout from here a few times. We have been impressed with the quality of the food. The ingredients are very fresh. The ramen is very good; broth has good flavor. The sushi is very good as well. Great food for a good price. The tempura is a nice addition to ramen. My order was delivered on time and was still warm.

We got out for a girl's night and we were hungry after the dance class, we reached Bori Ramen at 10.50PM and they were open and welcomed us. We had some delicious Ramen, Tan Tan and Crab meat Ramen and both were delicious, the broth was great and the chicken was cooked to perfection.

OMG! Boru is a hidden gem! My son and I went in last night for dinner. The food was amazing! The staff was super attentive and extremely friendly! I heard the place was recently remodeled. For a Monday night, it was jammin! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Be sure to get the dumplings and the mussels… like nothing I’ve ever had before! Absolutely delicious!!! Kudos to the Chef!!
