They like to cancel your orders without telling you. This is unfortunate because I’ve been a long-time customer with them and didn’t have any problems, but because of new employees, they are on some suspicious stuff. Very disappointing.

While Boston Market has added new items like roast beef, the sides have taken a nose dive. The veggies were a weird combination of hard as a rock (carrots), grayish and yet some were over cooked (broccoli). The mashed potatoes used to be so amazing I'd just order a side and eat them for dinner, but not anymore. The chicken is still really good. The mac and cheese was runny. The cornbread was meh. With the exception of the veggies everything was edible and it was fast, which is what we needed. But it is probably going to be a really long time before I return.

Boston Market is one of a kind! The food is always served hot and delicious, everything new they come out with I make an effort to try. Like the brisket, prime rib and now baby back ribs. I haven't tried anything from Boston Market that wasn't delicious.

I like the meatloaf. I like the Mac and cheese. But, I love the sweet potato casserole! I took away a star since they took away the backed apples... If anyone has some pull with Boston Market tell them to bring back the apples! Seriously.
