Allison is the best host in Crystal City!! We’ve been coming to this Bozzelli’s for almost a decade since it’s the best pizza & sandwich place in the DMV! Great vegan options as well!!

I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding service I received from Ashley truly deserves to be recognized.

Ashley is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that instantly made the place feel welcoming.

She knows the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.

Ashley made what would have been a regular lunch into a memorable experience, makes me feel like I am coming home. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, attentive, and passionate. The food was incredible, but Ashley’s service truly took it to the next level. She’s a star, and the place is lucky to have her!

I had such a fantastic experience at Bozelli’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Allison at the register. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness — it really set the tone for our whole visit. We ordered a plant-based pizza and a sub, and not only did the food come out incredibly fast, but it was also delicious. You could tell care was put into every detail.

Allison made the experience feel personal and welcoming, and her positive energy was contagious. Thank you, Allison, for making our visit so memorable — we’ll definitely be coming back! Bozelli’s is lucky to have you!
