Went there the other day with a friend who has never had a bad experience with this place until we went. They made a mistake in our order and when I asked for the missing item the man behind the counter got aggressive and started saying we weren’t missing anything. He was confusing our order with the previous order and kept getting aggressive rather than listen to us explain the issue. Also when I was trying to show him the receipt he yanked it from my hand and never gave it back. In the end we did get the missing food item but he was very rude about it and never apologized for his attitude. My friend and I are young women and men that are openly aggressive towards us is very triggering and scary.

Zero stars. Last night we stopped by this pizza place and I usually get the BBQ chicken pizza. I decided to do the same but unfortunately the workers did not explain that they change the recipe at night. There’s no sign or indication of it being changed and pork being added to the pizza. I am a Muslim who does not eat pork. When we had raise the issue with the employee. He proceeded to believe it was my fault and that I should have knew they change the recipe at night.I asked him where the sign is stating that the recipe has been changed or pork has been added. A simple apology could have prevented all of this but the employee wanted to be arrogant and say “everyone eats pork”.I will be looking to take legal action due to negligence. Nothing I wrote is false. I have a video of the entire incident.

Not only is the pizza bland and dried out. They also steal money from customers. My bank account has a different amount from the total on my receipt. AVOID this place!

The one pizza slice ? here will cost almost five times of what you would actually pay for in the real Bronx, NY. Way overpriced and the quality isn’t worth the price at all. I had to pay close to $5 for only one cheese slice of pizza. Definitely not coming back nor can I recommend the place. Look at my receipt and judge for yourself.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza over the phone… went to pick it up and the guy there proceeds to tell me and my fiancé that we never ordered a pizza and he couldn’t remember any take out calls. He was extremely rude to both of us and I am 99% sure it was the same guy I talked to on the phone. So after waiting other 25 min for them to actually make the pizza… it was average at best. Will not be going back

This place is disappointing and outrageously expensive. Their menu is misleading in their prices and you’ll end up paying almost $7 for a slice with two toppings even though their menu very clearly says “Slice with toppings- 4.75”. Notice the “s” at the end. Their pizza isn’t even all that flavorful. Bland and boring with salty after taste.

As veteran customers of this establishment, we routinely ordered our pizza in line and then paid for our pizza at the cash register. 30 minutes go by and the service claims we never ordered our pizza which was totally bull %^*#.

Not bad for a $5 slice. Good amount of toppings (have tried the supreme and the Hawaiian). Sauce is really lacking in flavor, though, or else there just isn't enough of it. It's all right for grabbing a quick bite when you're pressed for time.

Large 20 inch, pepperoni and extra cheese. Toppings and cheese, so good and juicy I didn't even want to wait to go home and eat, I ate at the restaurant! I don't care about diets or calorie count bs, I enjoyed every minute of it.

The business clearly states an 11PM closing time on Tuesday but the staff kicked out dining customers at 10:40PM to clean. I mentioned the closing time to staff and I was completely dismissed. I will never return to this business.

When I'm in need of snack after a night out I always head straight to Bronx for their delicious slices. The service is super quick here and there's tons of pizza flavor options to choose from. You can grab it to go or sit and eat it in the restaurant. Give Bronx a try the next time you're craving pizza!

Great pizza by the pie or the slice. Consistently tasty, and they have a good variety to choose from. Easy to grab a quick lunch at a very affordable price and be back on your way in no time. The staff are always friendly. There's seating indoor and outdoor.
