Caught and uber up here in hopes to watch the 8PM Seahawks vs 49ners game & they are closed !!! You guys could’ve at least updated your google website being as though people have wasted gas and uber money traveling up here ! It’s literally a crowd of people outside ! Insane !

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost. Slack staff, unfriendly atmosphere and less than mediocre food. I have traveled and eat at a lot of B-dubs, this one is one to stay away from!!! :(

By far, the worst customer service that I received in a long time. Ordered over eighty five dollars were for food came to pick it up, and they said the system automatically switched it to the next day. They did not make the food and was not able to give me a refund saying they can't give me a refund till the next business day and then said it would take 7 to 10 business days to give me a refund. Whatever you do dont order from here there is zero accountability when they mess up.

I do not recommend ordering online for delivery from this location. I have ordered a few times and i never received my orders. They make you wait more than an hour before suggesting that you go pick it up.

Terrible service, took an hour to get all of our food, understaffed, and the worst dining experience ive ever had. Got here at 10:00 its now 11:13 and not everyone in my group has their food yet. To be fair, they are understaffed and we had a group of 22 people, but a hour and a half is ridiculous. Also asked for a game 2 different times throughout the hour, and still they havent changed it.
This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. I placed a takeout order, gave them plenty of time to get it ready, and I’m waiting for 30 more minutes for my order. The front staff says the kitchen is always slow. What kind of a manager lets this slide?

Service was lacking due to clearly being understaffed. But waiter did his absolute best to keep up so I'll leave that at 3 stars. Big respect. As to the food, it's standard BWW fare, sports bar food. But two surprises: the burger was better than expected, and the homemade guacamole was incredible. Like I couldn't believe such food guac came from BWW. Only complaint: I could see 22 giant TVs from my seat. There were even more I couldn't see. At some point you have to ask when it's too many TVs... Distracting to have all those flashing screens around. Also the music was so loud when we arrived that we had to yell to be heard by each other. For those reasons I dinged it one star to two.

Stopped in for a drink and appetizer as my daughter's flight was delayed. I was surprised to see the restaurant so empty on a Friday night. The bartender was great. She was profesional, friendly and made a delicious salted caramel martini. The big tot appetizer came out quick and was tasty.
Everything was great with our service and food. Before we left I stopped in the bathroom and it was disgusting. Blood stains on the floor, dirty toilet and liquid on top of the toilet paper dispenser. Plus the whole bathroom smelled dirty. My husband said the men's bathroom wasn't much better - looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a month. Disappointing way to end our visit.

This restaurant has given up. Barely any sauce on the wings, $1 for 2 pieces of celery, and $11 for about 10 pieces of meh fried pickles. If you like one of the sauces, just get it online and save your money by not eating at this place.

We love eating at BWW but we hate how they always say our order is ready on the app but then make us wait an extra 30-45 min in store when we arrive to pick up. Please please fix your pick up system and just let us know when the food is actually ready to be picked up.
