Whoever manages these reviews is always replying with a general, measly "apology" and asking them to contact at their email. Guess what? Contacted the email, heard back from the store, was told I'd get a call back when the manager was "less busy" and never heard from again. This was WEEKS ago. I want y'all to PUBLICLY RESPOND ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE DOING WITH THIS LOCATION. OVERHAUL THE STAFF. REBUILD FROM THERE. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.

I always come here an hour to 40 mins before closing time and they are already closed, that’s disappointing considering the fact that I drive to get there, maybe update the closing time on google maps and save us the drive.

The worst possible service! Our pickup order was not ready until 25 minutes past the pickup time. The order was completely wrong. I am so disappointed with this location.

Lazy, uninviting, and terrible customer service bdubs location to spend lunch.
The staff purposefully avoided eye contact of me and surrounding people at the tables next to the bar.
Then after 45 minutes of no contact and being ignored after trying to get the attention from the servers, one took my order, in a rush, for a 10 piece boneless wing with garlic parmesan sauce. Another 45 minutes later BBQ sauce wings came out, I let the food runner know I ordered garlic parmesan AND GUESS WHAT CAME BACK, THE SAME WINGS BUT WITH GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE ON IT ON TOP OF THE BBQ. The nerve of the staff for doing this is embarrassing and LAZY. I will NEVER go to this location again and suggest nobody wastes their time with this staff.
Almost two hours of paying for parking and a waste of time. Find a different bdubs location.

I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, there were two employees at the counter. One of them asked for my order name, then looked at the food on the table and walked away (there was only 1 bag!). A few minutes later, the other employee asked me for the same thing, checked the same table, and then finally handed it to me.
The first guy held my food on purpose and went to the back to use his phone. What is wrong with this dude? He probably had a bad and wanted me to suffer as well.
Ordered delivery and parts of our order were missing. Some of the food was luke warm when it arrived late.

I would probably not come here again. the wings were cold. I got mine and then my boyfriend got his 20 minutes later, but they messed up his order as well. we didn’t get our drinks until the end and even then we got one margarita and was told they ran out of the other drink.
