Nice decor, nice concept. But there are so many bad, sullen waiters. The chicken is very bad and dry. The service is beyond disgrace. I don't understand how all their branches give the same bad service. I'm afraid to ask the waiter for anything. They are very harsh and sullen. I absolutely do not recommend it. It's a waste of your money, your stomach and your psychology. It's impossible not to be crazy.

Restaurant was supposed to open at 11, didn't open doors until 11:15 even with customers waiting outside. When we entered not a soul was around to seat us, after using the restroom and waiting another few minutes someone finally appeared to seat us. Once we finally got service the food, atmosphere and service was average. We had to use parking garage across street. Exited garage via the elevators and building on the corner unaware the building is locked on Sundays. Had to walk down car ramp to get back to vehicle with walker as my companion is disabled. No signage or anything in parking garage telling customers the building above is closed on Sundays.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I arrived 10 mins after my online order was expected to be ready and had to wait 30 more minutes before it was ready. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the world bar none, I watched at least ten people walk in after me and receive their food before me. It’s not worth ordering from here unless you’re willing to wait for the time they “expect” your food to be ready to be 45 minutes delayed. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Called the store 40mins before they had closed to place a order they told me that the kitchen so I had told him how is the kitchen closed when y'all store close at 11pm so he place me on hold so I called back three times and each and every time that I had called back they kept on hanging up the phone on me this location reneeds to replace the rude people here with people that is willing to work and not be rude to people that's not how you do business

Food and service was quite good. For the most part a standard good BWW experience. My one complaint was the soda machine was out of order at the time of the visit so only water was offered. Not too much of a problem but a bit of a bummer.

The service was a little slow, they were short staffed, however when I asked for a side of celery and carrots, I kid you not, they gave me 2 pieces of celery and 3 baby carrots. The food was otherwise good but the speaker was so loud the waiter barely heard our order.

If you dine in you are playing roulette on whether you will get service If you order takeout expect food to be done at least 30 mins after the expected pickup time with sauces or condiments missing. This is by far the worst run Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to, almost like it's a completely different restaurant that's how poorly it's run. Only saving grace is staff are polite, but they're still usually slow.
