I came in and nobody was in the front. I needed to ask about an allergy before ordering and I tried to get the attention of the woman in the kitchen but she didn’t respond to me. Weird energy

Good food but extremely overpriced especially for the portion sizes. Ordered the chicken dumplings, it says 6 pieces but only gave me 5.

Sad to see how much this location has declined. The restaurant was sticky, hot, no AC running at all, and terrible service. Bad bad bad. Do not spend your money here.

Ordered through DoorDash.
Order smelled fishy and rice in the spicy fried chicken rice bowl was half-cooked and raw making it inedible.

Service was practically nonexistent. Food was absolutely terrible, the tteobokki made me sick, the bulgogi beef in the bibimbap wasn't cooked properly, and the rice was overcooked. It was hot inside the restaurant and the television was playing Kitchen Nightmares uncensored so every swear word could be heard.
All in all, very disappointed.
Our food was soggy and cookies were raw. It was disgusting don’t recommend it.
I uber eat this and the bao buns were the absolute worst I’ve ever had. The bun was so dense and salty and the pork was super dry. I also ordered the chicken and rice dish and it had no veggies when it stated it would have picked onions and cucumber kimchi. Super dissatisfied 😔 they also forgot a whole order of bao buns
The food was disgusting.
The fried tofu was served raw in a puddle of grease. Nothing fried about it. Not breaded, just raw tofu with a side of kimchi. I returned it to the kitchen and no wait staff came back.
The fried chicken bowl was left over chicken bits with no meat inside.
The kimchi soup had no kimchi in it, smelled like 5 day old fish. Looked like throw up.
I agree with the comments, looks like a sketchy place with other shady business going on.
Service was eerily non-existent, which would be fine if the food and speed made up for it. That was not the case. Our food took incredibly long, especially considering there were only 2 other diners. Some of it came out cold. One of the items was not what we ordered and when I explained that to someone in the kitchen, they didn’t seem to even know how to make the item we ordered. Additionally the water jug was empty when we arrived and we had to ask/follow up with multiple staff members to get it filled.
I like the concept, but there appears to be a severe lack of management at the restaurant. Especially for the price.

Great food! They have a spot at Reston Farmers market, so I can't comment on their service or restaurant. But the options at the weekly market are definitely worth it. Pork belly is my favorite
Not a single staff member came to assist us — there was absolutely no service at all. The food was awful. We ordered ribs, but 90% of it was just fat, barely any meat. It was truly inedible. We also had to wait for a very long time, with no explanation or apology. We deeply regret spending our money here. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
This was one of the most bizarre dining experiences of my life. No staff, just an ordering kiosk and some dude running trivia? For one person? Feels like a glitch in the matrix or the strangest cover for a drug front possible. Food was insanely mid. Don’t give this place your money.

Yesterday Tuesday I went to pick up an order I had made online, when I arrived there was no one serving me, despite saying hello many times no one came out, so I wanted to go to the dining room next door, thinking that maybe someone would come out of the kitchen. When I entered I found a girl hiding under the main counter, I found her sitting and using her phone, I found the customer service they give so unpleasant. Because even though she heard me she didn't come out to serve me or anything. When she saw me she was surprised and just said are you looking for something and didn't apologize, I took my order and left. I don't know why they put that kind of people to serve me, they should change staff if they really care. The food was good as always, no complaints about that.

Ordered food just 20 or 30 minutes ago. Bao tacos and fries combo with ginger ale. Get back to work, fries and bun tacos are skimped, Also forgot the drink. The nu.ber listed hangs up. No way to get my proper food or drink. Big disappointment. Their card readers are also not very good at tapping, swiping, or using the chips and the guy who came to 'help me' decided to argue how to use a card reader like I did something wrong, while also being unable to make the card reader work lol
So long story short, smaller portions than their pictures, the buns, or containers are meant for, argues with customers, and can't reach anybody who is important to try to get anything resolved when they mess your order up
