I had a disappointing experience at this Burger King location around 3:30 PM. I placed an order to dine in, clearly selecting that option, expecting it to be brought to my table as indicated. I waited over 30 minutes for my number to be called — nothing. During that time, I heard the staff call out numbers for other people’s orders, but mine was never announced.
What made it more uncomfortable was that some of the employees kept glancing at me in a strange way while talking and laughing among themselves. It made me feel uneasy. After such a long wait and their behavior, I finally got up and went to the counter — and only then did they give me my food, which had clearly been sitting there for a while.
When I asked why no one had called my number or brought the order to the table, they told me I had to “go up and ask for it,” which makes no sense if I specifically selected “dine in.” The lack of communication, the unprofessional behavior, and the poor customer service from the staff at that time were extremely frustrating. If dine-in orders aren’t being delivered or called, customers should be told from the beginning. I expected much better service.

Unbelievable. I ordered food expecting a nice meal for the family, and what do I get? One burger and one order of fries. Sure enough, the receipt shows everything I ordered, but somehow, nothing made it into the bags. Nobody answers the phone, and the online complaint process? Oh, that’s a charming 24 to 48-hour wait just to get a response. So, I had to tell my family, “Sorry guys, you might not eat for another 24-48 hours,” because apparently, customer service is a game of patience. This has to be the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. Usually, I try to stay positive in my reviews, but there’s just nothing positive about this. Of course, I know it’s not going to change anything for them, but I needed to get this off my chest.

Opted to come to this location than one along my route because the rating seemed higher than other BKs I was getting. I was also very hungry and wanted something familiar done right.
Some BKs have been missing the mark so I entered with so-so expectations.
Considering my order was for flame broiled which sometimes takes longer. The food came out soon, the service was amiable from the ladies handling the order and handing out the food. And best of all the food was actually really great.
Good enough to get me to write this review because it was the same taste I remember from the BK my dad would take me to in Miami, the one BK that seemed to do better than the rest in Little Havana part of Miami.
I am a passerby so I will probably not be back but just wanted to recount that memory and that they hit the mark with the entire meal.

I didnt like tge store having people beg for money by the register, as they normaly do outside.
To use restroom employees jave to inlock tge bathrooms for you.
You cant refill your own soda.
Food was real good and kid at the register worked hard, seemed he was alone for the inside.
