Our local Burger Fi in Lake Nona FL thought it would be a good idea to hold a car meet from 9PM to Midnight with a “Revving Contest” and hundreds of cars racing through residential neighborhoods. The noise was insane along with very dangerous driving all around. Whoever at corporate thought approving this with a “2 Step Contest” needed to google 2 Step before approving it. Will not be going back there again.

An impromptu visit led us to have lunch here, on a hot summer Wednesday afternoon.
Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries.
It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food, and we still had not received ours. When our food finally came, it was very hot ! However, we immediately noticed that my husband did not get his cry fry, and instead had only received an order of regular fries. He went up to the counter and tried to explain to them that he did not receive the onion rings with the fries. It seemed like there was a communication issue, and after going back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, they told him they would bring out a cry fry to the table. Several minutes later, we received the fry and onion rings (the cry fry). In the meantime, we noticed that even though we paid for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, which was a small up charge, they did not wrap it in lettuce, and instead put it on a regular bun. This means that they got neither the burger nor the side order correct. At this point, we had been here for more than 30 minutes, and I told him to just let it go, considering how long it took to get the food, and then the replacement on the fries.
The food itself was hit-or-miss. My chicken sliders were quite good. My husband found the burger just okay, and didn’t like neither the fries nor rings. I thought the fries were decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the onion rings either.
Food was expensive for essentially a fast food restaurant with counter service. Service was lacking severely, considering they got most of our order incorrect, and were very slow, prioritizing fulfilling orders for people who were getting food to go, when people who were dining in, still had yet to get their food.
Given the slow service, incorrect orders, and prices, we've decided to take a hard pass on returning. With plenty of other options in the area, it's easy to skip this one.

The food at BurgerFi was exquisite and tasty. The burger is always juicy and the ingredients are fresh. Every bite feels like perfection and the meals are filling so you won’t be disappointed after! The quality of the meat tastes fresh and the sauce adds a delicious new flavor to the burger. No matter what toppings you get, the burger will always hit the spot. Definitely recommend coming here, good location and tasty food.
