Delicious! We ordered the chocolate handspun shake, double chocolate cookie and regular chocolate chip cookie sandwich. The vanilla ice cream is perfection. Wow. You can taste the butter and sugar in the chocolate chip cookie. Ask about their specials and discounts!

I went in on 12/20/25 and at first there was no one behind the counter however a lady who i presume also works there was sitting at a table and told us that he would be back shortly and was taking out the trash.

I was in a group of 2 and as we were waiting; looking around the very well decorated room, we noticed a white board with absolutely nothing on and so we went over and wrote a simple “hello” with a little heart next to it, nothing inappropriate or anything.

After writting this the worker walks back out and starts complaining that we were drawing in the white board, we said sorry and that we thought it was a community board as it was in the open and had a marker. we again apologized but the worker was really annoyed and was very upset with us. I had a slight smile on my face, slightly due to the comicalness of someone getting this pressed over a “hello” on a whiteboard but also because i just was in a happy mood. this dude took that as fuel for his fire of complaining about us, he started saying things to me such as “what’s funny about this man” “i don’t know why your smiling right now” as he was scooping icecream.

This whole experience was very comical to us but also not as pleasant as we had hoped. I read some other reviews and i heard about corrective training, I would really suggest watching over the footage of the night and hopefully correct him on these. We do fully apologize if that whiteboard wasn’t ment for customers, but he really shouldn’t have took it that far.

Anyway, pretty good icecream tho!

I have been to Captain Cookie in Courthouse quite a few times and I have been impressed every time. Most recently, I was helped by Michael. He provided great service. He was very accommodating to my daughter and I. The cookies were fresh and delicious and the shop is always kept clean and welcoming. I love the aromas of the fresh baked cookies. But what will keep me coming back is undoubtedly, Michael’s kind manner and remarkable service. Thank you Captain Cookie for saving the day!

How is this place allowed to exist? I’ve had better cookies at Subway. Like, seriously.

Personally was not a fan of the cookies (chocolate chip and peanut butter). Did not try the ice cream.

Even though we walked in less than five minutes before closing, the counter employee helped us without any attitude! Very rare these days! He even seemed happy we were there!

Ice cream was fine. Not outstanding but not disappointing either. The one scoop ice cream is more than enough. Our server was a young man; he was very sweet and provided excellent customer service. Choices of ice cream were limited but nothing too crazy.

Cookie were soft and ice cream was amazing! Everything was delicious. The worker was awesome. She was very attentive, funny, and fast even with a line of people waiting. I will be recommending Captain Cookie to my peers!

So good! My daughter LOVED the cherry blossom flavor. My son really liked hos chocolate ice cream as well. Kids haven't tried the cookie just yet so I'll try to come back & review on that later. The employee was super nice & helpful. Love the design & vibe of the store!
