This is is the worst Cava I have been to. They skimp on the serving size of meats other than chicken, and the bowls are half full, dressing is a light drizzle unless you request on the side and the people serving are not especially helpful. I was honestly super excited to see a CAVA right next to my gate as I had recently moved to a place that didn’t have any nearby to go to. I walked up to the counter since there were no other people in line and the three CAVA employees were chatting amongst themselves, which I didn’t mind until I was standing there for quite sometime not being helped. Lamb Pita: the lamb meatballs were half black (overcooked). The gentleman putting it together was coughing without covering his mouth and put the incorrect ingredients on the pita. It ended up being soupy from the tomatoes he used and overfilled. I asked to then have it put in a bowl with some rice on it. They accommodated that but the team working behind the counter is inexperienced and disorganized.
