I ordered cheese fries but only got fries

Good costumer care and service.
Especially the guy worked at register at noon on Dec 7.
Food was fast served and great.
And they offer free Soda refills.
Other choices(fast foods) do not offer that at pentagon mall food court.

Sandwiches are soggy . They dump too much sauce on. Short girl with all the makeup has an attitude and barely speaks English. Why put someone on the register who doesn’t speak English and the order is wrong?!

I asked for ranch on my sandwich they don’t put it on but charged me 60 cents for a side or ranch will probably never come back

Really good cheesesteaks and fries. The service was fast. It's in the middle of the food court, so there were a lot of people everywhere, and seating can be tough to find. It's probably above average for food court food, and there were a lot of places to eat to choose from there.

How delicious this snack from Charley's is. I was surprised by the flavor, as I was expecting something similar to Subway, but it doesn't even compare, it's really much better. Fast and practical service, great price.

Loved it. The sandwich was loaded with veges, meat and cheese and the chips were crispy on the side.

I only recommend eating there because the food was good. However now since the takeout of real meat and replaced with lab grown meat I won’t be returning. I don’t consider it food for the Hueman!.
