Apparently they think I fit the profile all because i'm a little bit overweight. All because my skin may Have a certain hue to it. Either way, I think it was so condescending for the cashier.I think his name is tyler...he assumed that I deliberately go from restaurant to restaurant and eat people's foods after I had already ordered my food. I take great pride in my job, A job that I had been doing for years. How dare he Insinuate that I am some overweight food eating, food stealing fien. I really could have insulted him ( And believe me , there is plenty of subject matter to go around) but I chose not to. I hope to not see him again...
Not Only that, but for them to force me to do a task in a certain way, they are supposed to specify that through the agency. So that people such as myself know What to expect when they walk in. Instead they surprised me with their condescending And with their horrendous judgments of me. I Walked out of there, feeling highly insulted. After I had already spent money at the place.. shame on them

I had a order brought to my table to dine in. The associate the brought my food to me was extremely rude. He didn't say anything at all. I said good morning and thank you and he put the bag in my face basically with such a attitude and said nothing to me at all. This is not the level of service I expect from this particular establishment. I am disappointed in the encounter with the associate. This was around a little before 8am. I do not usually leave reviews but that encounter did not make me feel like a welcomed guest as someone new to the area or coming into this chic fil a. This is actually my second time here and this is the second time this has happened here. I will more than likely not be returning based on this level of customer service

Visiting DC and stopped for breakfast, Latrell took our order, was very nice and personable, while we were enjoying our meal the manager asked how we were doing and our experience there. We told her we were visiting DC and she took the time to tell us about DC and the surrounding areas. She was very pleasant and they really made it a great experience for us, if you ever visit or frequent this establishment your in for a treat, their really great people!

I paid 20$ for chicken in my salad and extra chicken on the side but no chicken in my salad the worker I called was very unprofessional and didn’t accommodate me especially being a loyal customer I was very unhappy I won’t be going back for a while

I order delivery from CFA quite regularly. There is this location and the pentagon city location that are close to my house. EVERY TIME I order from this location they always forget something in my order. Because these CFAs only deliver via DoorDash, I always have to call customer service for a refund. It seems like they never check the order. This is literally the only CFA that I ever have this issue at and it’s so inconvenient. I will no longer be ordering from this location when I’m usually spending $50+ each time.
