Why have location services if they don’t work. Ordered at my building outside work and it was ready when I arrived. Today, I waited for 10 minutes after I arrived at the restaurant making me late for work. Turns out they didn’t start the order until I told them to in the app. If I’m 100 ft away when I make the order then I’m obviously almost there. Won’t be ordering or using Chik-fil-a in the future.

This store run by the manager called Elena/ashley(try to give me a wrong name and I figured out from the other employee her name could be Ashley, she has refused to accept a $100 Dollar bill for my order which $49.35 and I have stranded my family and started running around the neighborhood stores to find a change for the $100 Dollar bill and I have tried finding stores which around 9:30pm in the evening with this cold weather and I finally found a chipotle store and ordered a bowl of chipotle for $12 Dollar and got back to the chick Fil A around 9:45pm and paid for my order after this all hassle. It’s really frustrating, disappointing and annoying customer service I have experienced.
Really need to take ACTION!!!!

My Name Is My Name

I attempted to make a purchase but was charged twice due to a misunderstanding between the restaurant staff and myself regarding a failed transaction. In an effort to resolve the issue without causing further inconvenience to the other customers, I contacted the corporate office.

Unfortunately, the supervisor I spoke with, Mr. Steven, had difficulty communicating effectively in English and used inappropriate language during our phone conversation. He abruptly ended the call before the issue could be resolved. It is concerning that corporate was already aware of the duplicate transaction but failed to take action to prevent it from occurring.

I am deeply disappointed by the poor service and unprofessional behavior I encountered at the Ballston location. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would like to request that appropriate measures be taken to address the issues I have outlined.

I still have not been refunded. I am releasing my audio of the supervisor Steven with the 3rd world english as a second language conversation and customer service from hell.
